Customer care claimed their system "went down" which caused my dropoff location to be changed. I was forced to drop off in a different state adding an hour drive because my original location "no longer had space". After arriving at the new location, in the middle of a storm, there was no one on site nor any space available for dropping the trailer. I had to leave the trailer against a telephone pole half in a roadway at their request. Spent 30 minutes on hold for customer care as my dropoff location was set incorrectly in the app and would not allow me to complete the equipment return.

The truck I rented shifted horrible and there was a noticeable knocking noise heard and felt in the steering when making a moderate to hard turn. My wife even said what’s that noise ??? I don’t think these truck are being serviced very well. I remember many years ago renting one and breaking down with it fully loaded. Just being honest.

MICHAEL BThe owner who I dealt with named Tim seemed like he didn’t care much about his business that is named after him. I voiced my concern to previous damage done to the tow dolly and he said it was OK and I told him it might not be OK. Can I use another one that you have and he said no you have to take this one long story short he hooked it up Wrong I might add. I had the correct the safety chain hook ups with the damage that was done on it. I had to later on call a service to my home for a right tail light that was not working even though after Tim hooked it all up he said it was working properly and it wasn’t this caused a delay on my trip And I was not happy with his service. U-Haul needs people representing them way better than what this guy can provide, I would not go over there again and I would not recommend anyone to go there, but after that, everyone else made the trip good your people handled it on the phone and the repair guy that came out to my home. Did a great job. Got to my final destination without any other issues. Thank you.
BRIAN MTruck was fueled up and ready to go when I showed up to pick up the vehicle. The person at the facility quickly moved another van that was blocking my rental. Quick and easy pick up and drop off.
