Debbie SWhen I showed up to drop the truck off, I had to take my pictures in the rain. I tried to tell the people about the word lock on the back of the truck and they didn’t even talk to me. They called me the next day to ask me about the U-Haul lock because they had a person try to cut it off. It wasn’t my lock. It was U-Haul’s lock. I had to give them the code because they didn’t have it. This was a very weird experience all the way around.
