We dealt with 100 Mile and Williams Lake and both locations were excellent to deal with. The problem we had with U-Haul was not being able to get the equipment that we wanted. We were after a 12' enclosed trailer but we could not get one. And we would only know the day before we needed it whether or not a location had it. We couldn't make any plans without knowing this. I originally asked for a trailer from the Mission location because that is where we were going. They told me that they would text me the day before and tell me where (in the lower mainland) that I could pick up my trailer and the 12' enclosed wasn't guaranteed. The lower mainland is a big place and we were not willing to take a chance on not getting anything. The lady I dealt with in Mission was very vague and I had trouble figuring out how the whole U-Haul thing worked. Anyway, like I said the people in 100 Mile and Williams Lake were great - it was the process that was not as great.

Kudos to the 2 ladies at this location. My wife and I have rented U Haul trucks and trailers over the years many times but never have we had such fantastic customer service.

Please let people know if the drop off is open on the day they drop it off!

Need more trailers, at this location if possible. I know there may have been a lot of one way trips out of this address in williams lake. Other wise they treat me exellent and rented here many times and will continue to do so thankyou.

Hook up cords wiring should be checked before renting trailer out

Honest people staff this location, no high-pressure up-sale tactics, will not sell you something you do not need.

Show them how to remove the hitch. It has an unusual lock !!!

drop location was closed at the time of drop off but when I called the next day to confirm drop off, the employee was very polite. Good customer service

Have some way to verify the trailer was received. Considering the number of thefts around Williams Lake, knowing the trailer has been accounted for and that I am no longer responsible for it would put my mind at ease.

windshield wipers were not very good

We had an unexpected snow this weekend, and the truck had no winter tires. The date for switch to winters was October 1. While it doesn't refect on the centre poorly, as I understand trucks can come from anywhere, It could have been a really terrible situation for us b/c we live at the top of a steep hill... Thanks! get them to stop smoking in the building. it's STINKS in there!

Warn them that they may have to drive over an hour to pick up a trailer as I booked a trailer to pick up in Quesnel. No one warned me that I might have to drive 2.5 hours to pick up a trailer. Soured my opinion of Uhaul. Will look into Budget next time.

I wonder if I could receive confirmation of available trucke arlier--it was only the day before that WL office was aware of the booking

I reserved a 15' truck when I arrived I was given a 26' !! The biggest in the fleet..!!! She said that was the only truck available....I spent nearly 200 dollars in fuel.!!! 345 for rental to move 3 hours...!! You do the math....:(

My sales rep was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I couldn't thank her enough for her assistance.

One thing that definitely needs improvement is the way the gas used is determined. It is very difficult to get it even close--let alone replace pretty much the amount of gas which the customer uses! Why not do the full tank at pick up and full tank upon return? As was done in the past?

Check your rental units after repair, as the one we were going to rents had lights worked on, and repair facility forced door up so far that it was jammed. We ended up taking a different unit
