The woman behind the counter at the storage facility was not a regular worker there rather she was filling in for somebody so she did not have the knowledge around key codes and such. It took us about 45 minutes to get situated and to actually receive our key only to find out that the van that was reserved for us was dead. My ex-husband jumped it with his own equipment and had to do so again when we got to our site. I also was not able to get anything on the app to work. It would prompt me to take pictures when we returned and then it would take me to an error site every time I would try to submit. The truck served its purpose but it was quite a hassle all together.

MATTHEW T**This comment has NOTHING to do with the pickup location but of the U-haul process as a whole** **The location was closed so I can't comment on the business** When I reserved the U-haul (over 3 weeks in advance.) I was able to select a location. I picked a location 10 minutes from my location, that was great. I was contacted a few days before letting me know they changed the pick up location, to roughly 15/20 minutes further up the road, not great, but workable. The day of, I was called to change the location of pick up, with option of two different locations, both over an hour away. The lady on the phone told me that I would be getting 100 mile credit and $100 credit. When I picked it up, the App wouldn't accept I was there, and when I called in for assistance I was told there was no note about the credits for the location change. So not only did I have to travel an extra hour to get the truck, I had to speak to 3 separate people to get the truck, and the discount I was told I would get. Overall VERY poor customer service, I will most likely NEVER rent U-haul again.
