They charged me a $150 cleaning fee even though I left the truck spotless. Much cleaner than when I got it.

MAURICE SThis has nothing to do with Storage Sense--the person there was fine. It's a U-Haul problem: I had confirmed a different location and then got a text while I was driving to that location telling me to go to Storage Sense, 15 miles away. I was also texted the day before saying that someone was going to call me to confirm my rental at 5:00pm. That never happened. did I mention that when I got there the U-Haul system was down? Yeah. So I call U-Haul and the customer service person is arguing with me and the person at Storage Sense that no, it's up. He should just be able to long in. I had to tell her to stop and ask if she could just check me out over the phone--oh yeah she can. So why are we in a three way pissing match about whether the U-Haul system is up or down? That's unacceptable. None of it.
WILLIAM KREPLACE TIRES ON TRAILER ASAP.
