Pickup and drop-off were quick. Counter folks were efficient and personable
JACK WI used the mobile rental option and it was difficult to locate the truck at this location. Apparently there is a back to the store which is not obvious due to the fact that it is in a strip mall. Also… the original truck that was reserved had a check engine light, so luckily I had gone into the ace hardware uhaul counter and the associate was getting the original truck and driving it around and he noticed the check engine light and set up a replacement. Overall good experience though.
