Driver side sun-visor broken, cab and cargo areas not swept clean from previous renters. Center console had some kind of dried liquid. The vehicle itself with over 106 thousand miles still ran very well. Condition if the steering wheel extremely deteriorated.

Kevin EI was so confused because although I seen U-Haul trucks I was looking for a U-Haul building/office and I did not see one. My reservation was changed to this location, so I was not aware that it was inside of a store. I would also like to take the time to shout out Big D who was our CSR he was amazing and so personable he made the process so smooth.
