I filled it with gas and they charged me for it; I have the receipt and proof from the gas station.

Danielle VWas not our requested pick up location. Uhaul did not supply our trailer as requested to Newport NewsVA even with over 2 weeks notice. Forced to pick up a day earlier and find accommodations for trailer. Not a satisfied customer.
ANTHONY HBe more friendly and give the customer what they ask for. We got the oldest truck, no pull out in the back ask we requested, we picked it up at 10:00AM but was told it had to be back at 8:00AM, driver window Handel broke. I will never use this store again. They are slow putting in you information not sure if you can pick it up at their store and it goes on and on. Please call me because I might just post a view on this location
