WILLIAM WUHAUL rates of $1.09 a mile are outrageous. It was just .89 and that was much higher than Penske. I left the Penske dealer I was using because of poor customer service. Love Ace Peninsula and their service but getting hard to justify paying so much more than Penske rates.
