I had an awesome experience. The check in associate faced an unusual challenge as the first before me, also had the same last name, spelled the same way!! He figured it out, and then had another hurdle with my check in as the photos wouldn't upload, from his phone or tablet. He never once got flustered and remained calm and professional. 10/10
