Everything was fine on the turn in. When I explained the discrepancy on the mileage I was told that only that only changes made in the system would be valid.

I made a reservation. they said my truck I rented was at the location (South Parkersburg) Then they called me back and told me that they did not have the truck. So I had to drive an extra 20 miles (At .99 cents a mile) to get a truck in Williamstown,WV. I should not have to pay for UHAUL's mistake!!!

We have rented from Uhaul several times and this was the absolute worst experience ever. We rented a 26ft truck and car hauler which we told they would help us hook up, upon arriving we were told they don't this here after paying over 2k. So we leave the car hauler and pick it up after loading our truck. We rented our equipment on Friday and Monday received a call from the pick up site that the car hauler they rented us was unsafe and had a bad tire and we needed to return it, four days after renting it. Then the lady had the audacity to be ruse about it when I asked how they rented us something unsafe and then didn't notify us until 4 days later after traveling across country with it. Do not use this site, uhaul should not associate themselves with thsee people. We also had a passenger side mirror that was spinning in circles down the road and a warning light on and we're told we had no power steering fluid when stopped at an actual uhaul site.

Had to wait an hour for the woman to figure out the paperwork. Then the truck broke down on the mineral wells exit off of I77, not only 15 minutes after we picked it up. Sat on the exit for over 1 1/2 hrs in the hot sun. Had to go to Marietta Ohio to get another truck. Which had us already 4 hrs behind schedule/deadline. This experience sucked ass. Should be reimbursed some of my money, since we didn't make the deadline.

I was charged for gas and a fill up fee when I returned the truck with the same amount of gas that I left with. I returned the truck after hours and no one was there to check the gauge until the following morning. I found out about the charge when my receipt was emailed to me. I only drove the truck 35 miles and yet somehow miraculously used over an eighth of a tank of gas even after putting over 2 gallons gas back in the tank. Something is not adding up but I'm stuck with an extra $58.88 charge. Someone is ripping me off.

Have the equipment I contracted for actually available at the location selected during the online rental process. This place was miles from what I wanted. Train the clerks better. There was some issue in your system not wanting to accept my credit card; which I used for the confirmation process. The clerk had issues for almost an hour trying to clear it; I had to tell him specifically what to tell your Service Desk in order to complete my rental.
