When we left Wisconsin originally to go to Florida we were told we could return to any location near to where we went. We had someone message us and later when we went to drop off at a nearby location they told us we had to take it to a different location. The location was a half hour away from where we were. Half hour out then half hour back to our location. An hour wasted doing your companys job. When we came back to Wisconsin we rented again. Was told we were not guaranteed to pick up at this location. Again we had to go 45 minutes out to pickup our rental and come back 45 minutes to our location. An 1 1/2 doing your companys job. No issues returning to the location when we came back to Wisconsin. This is a total of 2 1/2 hours of our time running around doing something that should be your companys. No credit ever issued or no discount. Really sad to be renting in Wisconsin with no issues but go to Florida and all the issues.

Although this company is new to U-Haul, Josh & Justin did everything they could to understand my concerns, answer my questions & provide me the information I was looking for. Much has changed since I last rented from U-Haul & they helped me understand what was needed to get me into a suitable vehicle. They were thorough, patient & friendly. I felt like I was talking with friends! Thank you JH!!! I will most certainly recommend this location for U-Haul.!!!
