The Willow Creek U-Haul is a joke. The last time I bookedca truck thete they gave it to someone else so I didn't get a truck that day. This time the 15 foot truck was there but I also wanted 2 dollies for moving totes. They had none available. How did they not let me know in advance?

Have horrible hours for drop off leaving u to only return with app or pay convenience fee. Being in the mountains I was left with no service and had to resort using the convenience option. Now I'm out money because of thier hours
