More attentive customer service. The clerk was busy dealing with gas customers and convenience store customers than dealing with a truck rental.

The location is in a gas station. They told us to come pick up the truck at 8:30 and the gas station worker didn't get there until 8:50. Then he told us they did not have our 20' truck that we had rented, so we called Uhaul and they told us they could see that the truck was there. So my husband and I had to walk ourselves to look for the truck and had to tell the worker that the truck was in fact there! Then he didn't have the right keys to give us the dolleys we had rented until he found one. All in all, a very poor experience from this location.
