Very disappointing experience. Today we rented a trailer from this U-Haul location and received extremely poor customer service. The employee refused to properly assist us because our English is not perfect. This is unacceptable behavior for a customer-facing role, especially in a company that serves a very diverse community. Whether this location is a franchise or not, this employee clearly does not meet basic customer service standards. He was rude, unprofessional, and unwilling to help, which reflects very poorly on the U-Haul brand as a whole. We will never return to this location and will not recommend it to anyone. We strongly ask U-Haul management to review this location, investigate the employee’s behavior, and take appropriate action, including reviewing his authorization to represent the company. U-Haul deserves better representatives.

AYLA NThe process of picking up the Truck was unacceptable!! It took me over 45 minutes to figure out what to do which made me late bringing it back and being charged extra money. This company needs to find a better way to do the online set up.
