They told me I had paid for 4 days but sent an email without a call and had me return it in 3 days. I did not use 1500 miles because I didn't leave town. I stayed in Wilmington and turned it in early. I filled the tank up and cleaned it, when I returned the vehicle and I asked about my deposit coming back to me, they said may not get it back not sure because I supposedly went over my miles and I know I didn't do that. I know where I went and it didn't equal 1500 miles. Something isn't right with this particular U-Haul company. I still don't have any portion of my deposit back. Bad experience! Sorry!
