Have everyone on the same page.. I will not use u people again.. It was nightmare... first time ever using u people & it turned out to be a nightmare ...have people who are willing to help us I'm 66 years old & there was no one there to help me pull that batch off my truck had to call in a friend to do it.. as I said , I'll not use u people again first time USEING U PEOPLE & IT TURNED OUT TO BE A NIGHTMARE.. NO THANKS...

JOHN PThe employees at Pinnacle Scotts Hill have been extremely helpful and go above any customer service i have seen at storage facilities. And I have rented at many facilities in several different states. We did have a issue with the initial truck operation, but they were able to replace with another truck quickly. definately reccomend this location. for storage and truck rental
