Frank MI entered everything online, showed the order to the guy at counter, showed it 3 more times, told and spelled my name 4 times and he still said there was no reservation for me or no reservation at this place. It eventually worked, but was extremely difficult to work with. I will not use this location again.
Peter RI made a last-minute reservation so the location had not accepted it. As a result, I had to go inside to check in and pick up. The person checking me in added insurance without asking me. I had previously declined insurance on my reservation.
