the truck was leaking the entire time and EVERYTHING that was in the truck is soaked. two of our tvs are ruined from the water even though they were wrapped because the truck leaks so badly when it’s raining. everything has to be washed because It was in a wet truck for 8 hours. extremely disappointed that I paid almost $600 to have all our stuff ruined ..

matthew sMy issue was with UHaul and their app. Customer service (after hours) was terrible, just not accommodating. UHauls system was down and I was not as able to get my rental until the next day
