The truck was exactly where it should be. The app is a bit finicky but that's not the location's fault. You will have to be patient with the app. and just keep going through the screens even though it will make you start over a few times. Again that's the app not the locations fault. The truck was clean. The rest of the process was easy and we were able to move a washer/dryer and get everything done we needed to. I will absolutely use them again in the future. Thank you.

Horrible absolutely horrible what we had to go through. Then to get charged extra. Will never use U-Haul again.

KENNETH TThe truck was like a pig pen. No shit on the floor, but drinks stains all over the dash. Windows had to be cleaned so I could see out of them. Look like coffee on the windshield. Steering wheel needed to be cleaned. The price I paid $1.49 a mile was too much for this truck. I should charge $150.00 for cleaning.
