I was supposed to pick up at 8 a.m.. Nobody was there. Waited about 20 minutes to see if someone was going to show. I ended up calling the # provided & the guy said that he had a rough night & would be there shortly. By time he got there & the paperwork was processed it was almost 9 a.m. He also had no printer to print anything off for me to sign. I asked about a moving cart/dolly. He said they don't have them at this location & I would have to to another location to pick one up. So we lost an hours worth of time to get our move done as we drove from Kingsville to Windsor to help the person then we had to go back to Leamington & Kingsville then back to Chatham & had to be done before 5 p.m. which we knew we would be if we got the truck on time
