Wilfred K.I wasn't happy that no one called to tell me they had upgraded the size of the trailer I rented. Although it was within weight restrictions for my vehicle I didn't feel comfortable pulling the trailer as it was a lot for my vehicle especially when loaded it made me uncomfortable. I have pulled many trailers before and it just made me uncomfortable with being so close to the maximum weight. I had rented an open trailer with the ramp on the back feeling much more comfortable with pulling it with my vehicle. Winkler mb staff were great .
