First of all it took 30 minutes to scan my license and then it took me 45 minutes to chop the ice off the tires so I could leave. Awful experience and I will never go back
Taylor BArrived at location ( a gas station, not my chosen one), asked attendant to assist with unhooking trailer. Told me if I waited 15-20 minutes, unhelpful and didn’t seem to care.
