The truck was a little dirty with drink stains but it ran well and easy to maneuver. Overall a good experience. The only other thing is I did not count the blankets and found out at the destination we were shorted 3.

I requested for blankets and didnt even get them. I am charged on my invoice and after waiting an hour on phone to talk to customer service they told me that i wont be charged for it on my final invoice and would be given some sort of extra compensation but i was charged let alone the compensation. really disappointed
We asked for a 15 foot truck and received a 10 foot truck since meant we had to make 2 trips. Also truck smelled strongly of marijuana.
Please work on your online pick up uploading the ID. It was very frustrating and I was on call waiting for 30minutes and it took from start to finish 1hr and half.
When we book the U-haul reservation we told that we don't need extra service still they put insurance of $15 which we don't need it. We only drove 4 miles and the guy was asking us to fill the gas of $18 or they charge from our final invoice. Is the 4 miles gas would be $18?
First, there was no truck at the reserved pickup address, but no one told me in advance.second, the reserved truck 24 hours, and the truck was picked up at 8:40 in the morning, but it was only available until 5:00 in the afternoon.and charge after hour fee. I've rented the truck with your company many times, but this time I feel the service is down.

The location was closed so There was no one to help when the app didn't recognize the location. After 45 minutes of trying to get access to the truck an employee Came out to unlock it. The truck was cleaned up but it reeked of tobacco smoke.
I had a Good customer service experience
I did all the requisite online sign-up, but it still took a long time at pick-up - verifying my valid drivers license seems to be a significant holdup. The actual online registration process does not make it easier or faster and, in fact, is much more challenging and convoluted than before. It is much faster and less difficult for me to book a panel van through Expedia.
1- Get a newer vehicle or at least properly maintained. 2- Clean it up. 3- Tank was almost empty when I picked it up.
I was charged for the dolly that was not provided.

I have rented from this location twice, and would give them 20/10 stars. EXCELLENT customer service! The online rental function is convenient, but is still very cumbersome with too many steps to complete and too many pictures to take. I don't have any suggestions on how to improve it, but it just seemed like a lot of work to return the vehicle
First of all I asked for a counter pickup and they changed that on me and I didn't appreciate it. When I attempted to send a picture of my licence online the system was broken or something it wouldn't upload my licence which frustrated me beyond belief, even the worker couldn't make the system upload on his work computer. Finally it gets done and midway between finishing with me the guy starts dealing with another customer as I'm waiting patiently but losing my shit inside myself, I never once said anything derogatory to the worker. And on top of that they charged me double for the rental? Some other company has to come along and make uhaul shape up or lose customers. I use uhaul all the time and even a loyal customer like me cannot stand their policies or how they change things on you.
Rental return app is not very customer friendly. The app crashed half through this check in procedure. I do appreciate how professional the staff was when they finished my return.
Biggest issue was getting checked on due to system issues. Pickup was at and finally got the keys at 8:30.
The return process is incredibly dumb. Plus it wouldn't work and the guy had to call U Haul to get the truck returned. I won't come back.
Great friendly staff!!! I enjoyed interacting with them and the vibe was nice and laid back. I never knew renting a uhaul could be so stress free!
Make it clear that it's necessary to sign in to your uhaul account to answer the return questions and upload photos. Overall everything was great!
