ABDULGAFAR AThe guy at the store was too busy with customers and I couldn’t really hear the lady in the phone trying to process everything also the vehicle smelled of pot when I got in it and did not have a full tank of gas but they recorded it did
Tanya AIt's a gas station first & foremost. The accessories we reserved and paid for - 6 furniture pads, 2 furniture dollies - were not on site with the truck and there was no way for us to get them. This was noted at the time of pickup to both the person processing the transaction and on the U-Haul website. This has still not been reimbursed 2 weeks later (pick-up Sept.12th, drop-off Sept.15th).
GRAHAM SEquipment was old, struggled to reach highway speeds, uncomfortable, not enough room to roll down window when sitting inside, location worker who had to give me the keys was 15 minutes late.
