The guy at the store was too busy with customers and I couldn’t really hear the lady in the phone trying to process everything also the vehicle smelled of pot when I got in it and did not have a full tank of gas but they recorded it did

It's a gas station first & foremost. The accessories we reserved and paid for - 6 furniture pads, 2 furniture dollies - were not on site with the truck and there was no way for us to get them. This was noted at the time of pickup to both the person processing the transaction and on the U-Haul website. This has still not been reimbursed 2 weeks later (pick-up Sept.12th, drop-off Sept.15th).
GRAHAM SEquipment was old, struggled to reach highway speeds, uncomfortable, not enough room to roll down window when sitting inside, location worker who had to give me the keys was 15 minutes late.
Filip ZI’ve never had a worse rental experience! Booking details kept changeing leading up to booking. Truck not clean. Pick up location staff not helpful and would not come out from behind bullet proof glass. Custom service on phone was not helpful. Asked for phone call to discuss charges and instead my credit card has been charged without approval. Contracts in miles and truck used kms. It was all a bad dream!
Maxwell HThe only thing I would mention is making the availability of the added tools to be sure. I added Dolly as an addon through app, that was confirmed before, but during pickup I was told, its not available, and I had to hustle for it for different locations and I ended up buying my own. Please get the added tools/ equipment arranged by the time of pickup for the next customers, if not available please keep the app updated, so the customer knows on time and can arrange its own . Other than that the experience was good.
