When I called to book the truck, the local store's system was down. Then, the whole website went down. The young lady helping me over the phone was diligent in keeping me updated, and set aside a truck for me for when the system came back online. She was fantastic. I believe her name is Rhianon. Our pick up time was 9 am on a Monday, but the shop was not open. We had to wait 20 minutes for someone to open the shop, but the person to handle U-Haul showed up at 10 am. It was an unnecessary wait and delay for us.
