The pickup location was changed to this location. Awesome location, great people! They overbooked at my local pickup site which cost me more money. I booked a week in advance for a 10' and had to settle for a 15' and drive 20 minutes out of the way and back home. I paid $203 for less then a 175 miles one way. The extra mileage and gas for the rental and my vehicle should have been paid for. They changed my order the day before pickup and dont even try to help out with the extra cost and the inconvenience. Thanks again to big companies that don't care about the customer. Keep on making America a great place to live. Thank you Shouse and Surplus for helping me have the best experience.
