The parking lot was very dark, a street light on the pole near the driveway into the business would be helpful. I could see that some folks would be very uncomfortable dropping off any equipment at night. I liked using the link on the website to check my rental in, it worked well...

the windows were filthy on the inside. we had glass cleaner and cleaned the truck out which made for a nicer and safer sunset drive west on I-40.

The truck had broken glass, dirt and debris in the box area which I had to sweep out when I picked up the truck. The Computer system/U-haul software was incredibly slow, it took the attendant over 45 minutes to have the rental go through. She was very nice and I have no complaint with her. The online system that you use to process rentals however was VERY slow and and for the most part just froze up. The attendant was noticeably frustrated and I can not say I could blame her...Fix your system/servers or whatever it takes.

I made reservations for 7:30 AM, when I went to pick up the truck the keys were not available for me to drop off. So therefore I had to go back at 11:30 to pick up. So this postponed my moving because someone wasn’t on their job. Then when I call back the next day the lady told me it was my fault because I did self check out. But that was not the case the person that work for the company did not leave the keys for the truck for me to pick up. And when I called him multiple times I got no response, did he finally responded with a text message telling me that he was at work. Therefore I will not use Uhaul to move again.

Be sure to check the lights on the trailer. When I got to my destination, the passenger side turn indicator and brake lake combination was non-functional.

Truck cargo area was not clean. Blankets were unfolded and laid all over the cargo area. Dirt and debris from the previous renter was all over the floor of the cargo area.

Owner was very rude after i called back because she charged me the wrong rate for my truck and charged me gas when i put the gas back in that was used. The truck had a change oil light the truck sounded horrible like it was about to break down. The owner used profanity when i expressed my complaints. Very unprofessional i have never had such a terrible experience

The self-checkout did not work, but this may not have been the location's fault: while our truck was in the lot and I could log on, find it, start the checkout process, and pay, it then directed me to get the keys from the office attendant. However, it turns out my reservation an truck were not in her office logs. Understandably, she could not give out the keys to a truck that was not on her records. It took a lot of time and phone calls to straighten it out. What was supposed to be a 10 minute process stretched into more than an hour. The attendant was friendly and did all she could to resolve the situation, but the self-pickup process, while convenient when it works (I used it a week before without a glitch at another location), seems to be unreliable. If our pick-up had been after-hours, we would have been stuck.

Awful awful location. Awful experience. Over 30 minutes standing around because no one was there working and the online self check in was not working! Will NOT be back to this location and will make sure that the location is staffed in case the online check in doesn't work!

The last two times I have rented at this location the office was not open at 10AM as advertised even though the rental was completed online the day before. Did not show up until 10:30 ish. No offer to adjust the price. If not available until 10:30AM the change the posted hours.

The attendant did not check the vehicle over before renting it. We had to clean out the truck from the previous renters. We also had a flat tire just after renting the truck which took caused a four hour delay in moving.

Better signage at the street and better landscaping and attention to maintaining a well kept yard and parking area. The facility is so secluded and raunchy that it is scary to drive into this desolate area. It is more akin to a junk yard than a national rental business!

The trailer safety chains did not have the rubber security device. we wound up dragging the chain for a while. This could have been very bad.

Location is different. Neither bad nor good - not very inviting but just different. Did not realize they do not open until 10 am. Dropped off at 9 am so no one was there and someone had left a bit of trash on the bench.
