Falls Automotive was very quick to be able to respond to my issue that I had with my original location. When I showed up for my appointment at Sherman Logistics there was nobody there. I waited several minutes, made some calls and the 800 number transferred me to the regional management and they found me a different location which was Falls Automotive. It worked out fine, just put us behind a little.

No issues with drop off location!

NOELLE MI am 80 yes old with spinal cancer. When I rented this trailer the 30 something man who rented the trailer to me didn't even offer to help hook it up. Luckily, I know how and I got it done. I will never return to that place again. The drop off point was wonderful.
