Charles Brunson at the 800 W. Clemmonsville location was who I signed the contract with and he was great. Unfortunately, the 2550 Peters Creek Parkway location was closed for Memorial Day on my pick up day. While I found another location (J&J) this could have been a real issue. Therefore I would be reluctant to use Uhaul again.
