Make sure that the u-haul system is working properly at locations the assistant at this location was unable to connect to u-haul system that made the pickup delayed and affected my scheduled time for the move after calling a u-haul representative they were able to walk him through manually getting it completed

NELSON RVery confined area for pickup. People should be made aware of this. The gentleman was friendly and helpful, but very close to Avenue G for pickup is a little bit road busy.
