When i arrived at the location staff was extremely rude after i told him i reserved a furniture dolly and a ramp he began to yell at me and stated it was not his problem and requested a $140 deposit. I stated he could use my major credit card on file and once again was very argumentative and extremely intimidating. Upon returning the vehicle at 5:26pm he was nowhere to be found and i then called him and he began yelling and being verbally abusive and stated he was 30 minutes away , i was honestly afraid of this man. I regretted ever renting the Uhaul. The stress was just unbelievable and the abusive behavior from this man.

MY RESERVATION WAS FOR A 15 FT TRUCK WITH 1/2 DOZEN BLANKETS AND AN APPLIANCE DOLLY, AND I CAN'T TELL THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A 15 FT TRUCK AND A 20 FT TRUCK BUT I WAS CHARGED THE HIGHER FEE FOR A 20 FOOTER WITHOUT TELLING ME THAT IT WAS A 20 FOOTER, AND THEY HAD NO BLANKETS OR DOLLY, SO I HAD TO GO TO ANOTHER LOCATION TO GET THOSE 2 ITEMS WHICH WAS ANOTHER ISSUE. THE MAN WAS PLEASANT ENOUGH AND TOLD ME THAT THERE WERE ISSUES WITH THE UHAUL SYSTEM

John FMake sure that the u-haul system is working properly at locations the assistant at this location was unable to connect to u-haul system that made the pickup delayed and affected my scheduled time for the move after calling a u-haul representative they were able to walk him through manually getting it completed
