The truck was in pretty bad condition. It needed alignment it didn’t drive straight.

ermis rI called the U-Haul location when we saw the condition the back of the U-Haul had been left. The owner of the location was very rude. When I explained to him the condition that the U-Haul we rented was left in. He offered for us to bring it back to him and he would have it cleaned out. I declined to bring it back to him due to the fact we were trying to get stuffed moved and did not want to drive back over there . He was very rude and acknowledged that he knew the condition that the U-Haul was left in, but he didn’t have time to clean it up.he blamed it on the fact he had a new employee and they should of checked it. I questioned why if he knew the U-Haul was left with glass and plastic pipe and metal in the back of it why he did not take care of it since this was his facility. All he said was bring it back. I asked for a discount on the rental and he said he would not to that.
Stephanie HThe truck was not clean when I received it. The manager was unprofessional. The location did not have the appliance dolly that I had purchased. I had to drive to a different location for the dolly and pay another 16$ for the new dolly and haven’t heard back for a refund.
