Rates I thought pretty high for 24 hour, and then you charged like $20.00 at the end for extra miles, if I would have to pay for it, instead of the company I worked for I would have found another way, normal people can't afford these rates. $1078.00 crazy.Gerry G.
I believe that for those customers who did the prebooking ahead of time should get priority service when picking up their truck. I did all that you requested and my pickup time was 9:00 but bc two customers ahead of me did not, I had to wait for all the processes ahead making me not able to check out until 9:50. I could have been on my way. Perhaps you can instill something in the future so we can be accommodated by reserving and checking in ahead of time. Self check out? Thank you.Dianna B.

The truck was over two hours late to arrive. I had to wait and trust they would eventually come as there were no other options. Parking lot was empty. The truck was not cleaned or sanitized before I got in.Truck smelled of strong cigarette smoke and had to drive with windows open to be able to breathe.Tonya A.

Very confusing layout but finally found I assume was the correct entrance door only to find it was locked during the business hours clearly stated on the door. When I called the number listed on the door I was greeted with a "Hello", which while polite was a little lacking in information as to who I was speaking with. The person directed me to park the equipment "out of the way", and drop the key into the drop box, then asked me if I had any problems with the equipment to which I replied I did not. While he was polite and courteous I specifically waited to return the equipment during regular business hours so that I could have someone inspect it during check in to verify I had not damaged the it and that it was clean, etc. Essentially he was of little to no help as I checked the equipment in upon return by myself via the U-Haul website.Christopher I.

While trying to get a quote I experienced a woman that was very rude and hung up on me. After calling back the next woman hung up on me whether or not that was an accident I do not know but she was polite and helpful at the time. Then after getting the equipment using it and returning it the same day I get Inundated with calls about quotes to rent equipment. Your computer people are not communicating with the peoples on the phone or the site that equipment is being purchased at.chris P.
I called the day before to see about renting a truck. I was quoted $160 for a trip from Winterset, IA to Washington, IA. When I got there he had entered the info wrong and was charged $250 (but did put in a Budget match for $40 off). With the Budget March that brought the total to $209 still $50 over what I had be quoted on the phone.erin A.
Using your online pickup was the worst, no connection, called and waited over 40 minutes to get connected to a customer service representative, at which time it took way to much time to get thing going. We were on a very tight timeline to get my mother moved and be on time, and due to your "online" pick up system we ended up being an hour late by the time things were done and said.Dorene W.

The owner was great and friendly and super helpful. The check out procedure was never explained that I would be mobile picking up my truck so that was frustrating. Also, the fact that if you are more than an hour late for a pickup it locks you out. Neither of these had to do with the location.Katey C.
