I would not allow this location to represent your company. Extremely unprofessional, just stop in and see for yourself. They charged me for insurance when I did not ask or want it. They would not give me a paper copy of my contract. They could not use the U-Haul interface and I had to assist in imputing information.

The customer service provider at that location was extremely rude. He was on FaceTime with his girlfriend during the entire exchange and made it seem like I was inconveniencing him by being there to pick up my truck. He gave no information about the process and did not review equipment with me. One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had.
