The U-Haul app was very difficult to use because it kept freezing and would not load. We struggled with this issue upon pick up and drop off. It was difficult to use and kept freezing my cell phone.

Have someone there to hook up trailers. I knew how to do it because I have rented so many, but most elderly women wouldn't have a clue how to hook it up. Very unfriendly staff. I won't be using this location again.

MICHAEL TThe lady working was not stellar. Others there were polite. Virginia location did not have equipment as promised. There was a 50 dollar discount they should have offered for not having booked equipment but did not. I had to spend an additional 100 miles and half day to pick up tow equipment in Tennessee. Please credit me this.
