The app directions are based on having an in person rep. There was no in person rep. There was a ring doorbell that I ring 5 times and finally got someone on the phone, who called her husband who finally called me to tell me the truck is across the street. I don't mind using the app to check in and check out but without an in person rep the process needs to be much more buttoned up.
