Customer service was excellent
Erik HMy entire experience was terrible. I was waiting for someone to contact me about the uhaul and they never did so I had to call multiple times to get someone on the phone. When I did the lady told me they didn’t have trucks in that size even though I reserved that one at their location and was completely unhelpful. So then I had to call corporate and they said I’d have to go to a different location for the truck and that they’d call me back to confirm details. They then finally called me back THE DAY BEFORE I had to get the truck at 7 AM waking me up the entire thing was horrible and unprofessional. And to top it off when I dropped off the truck another mysterious $20 charge appeared what is that for??? I already paid over $200 AND the truck didn’t even have gas in it so I paid $60 to fill it up what the hell!
