I was asked to return the truck 2 hours before my scheduled return and was told that I would be given a discount. But nothing as such was provided as mentioned on the call.

They provide trucks and pads and not much else. Very clean. Very friendly and on top of things. But no dolly, so the one I ordered wasn't there when my pickup was changed to there from elsewhere. Not sure who to blame, but it created complications and excess charges that I could have done without.
James AI would give this 5 stars but we got a text from UHaul that we were overdue on the check-in time even though we really checked in on time with the shop, but they didn't update with U-Haul until the next morning. We got billed for an extra day but they (UHAUL) put in a ticket to reverse the extra charge. It was an oversight but my account could have been overdrawn if I wasn't always diligent about allowing for unknown extras.
Judith NThe place could be improved by giving a more Uhaul corporate presence. It can still keep its personality, but some changes might help.
