I rated it poor because at first it was supposed to be moved to Thermopolis, it wasn't so we had to change our reservation, then we had to drive 33 miles to go get it when there is a uhaul place in Thermopolis. I was told I would get 80 free miles. We literally would have only went 1/2 a mile. Maybe 1 mile, but then I was charged for the 66 miles to go pick up the truck take it back to the town I live and moved in and then take it back to the town I picked it up in. Not at all what was told to me.

The truck was filthy and the cab and in the bed. My dolly and furniture pads were not there when I picked up the truck. Had I known that these items were not going to be available when I picked up the truck, I could have picked them up at another U-Haul location.
