The trailer was apparently older because it did not have the "basket" straps to secure the front tires. It worked fine with just the straight straps although they were frayed. The tires were very good. The towing went off just fine.

The drop off office is inside the grocery store. There is no signage to direct you to the customer help desk. One of the employees came over and said they are really busy looked my info up then said I’m good to go. He said they will finish checking the trailer later. I don’t fully trust this so I logged into the app and attached photos to the return.
samuel cAbsolutely horrendous customer experience. I was lied to by multiple service reps. I was overcharged for miles not driven. I've called for help 7 times, have been told I would hear from someone within 3 days, 4 times, and have never heard from anyone. Horrible company. You don't care about your users or brand reputation. I will never use you again and be a strong advocate against your brand image. Poorly done...

Mark KU Haul changed my pick up to this location and then they weren’t ready when I arrived. They didn’t have my reservation despite everything being ready to go on the app. It took over an hour and a long phone call with customer service to obtain the keys to the truck.
