Had to wait to get vehicle , van had faulty brakes and shook severely when applied , should not have been driven in that condition

Ingrid vThe truck was ok. Our issue was with the hired help who did not come as contracted. Very disappointed.
Dorothy Rsomething was severely wrong with the brakes. Uhaul knew about this issue before renting it out. I'm astonished that they would do this. I couldn't drive over 60 km/ hour. I have never felt the front end shake when pressing on a vehicle before....ever. I was extremely scared driving this vehicle. And Uhaul said it was fine. It was not fine.
