The agent who handled our return was very rude. We had placed a small bag and a bottle of water on the curb outside the truck which we intended to retrieve once our return was processed, and the agent accused of of littering her facility and spoke to us in a very condescending tone. I also attempted to explain my problem with the rental furniture pads that we did not receive at the Arizona location, but she dismissed me, saying "take it up with corporate". She didn't represent a helpful attitude, which left a sour taste in my mouth with the whole experience with U-Haul, unfortunately.

Aaliyah POk so my poor review is for U-Haul's problematic hold system on trucks, not this specific location. The ladies at this location were super sweet. But the administrative staff that handles reservations call you the DAY BEFORE you are changing your entire life's location to tell you that there is no truck like you reserved it a month ago. And if you miss that call and get to the location as reserved ahead of time, you end up with no truck. Reservations don't mean a whole lot, so be careful when renting with them. We were able to get to another location but had to drive around, losing time and having to pay professional movers and reschedule with them. Give yourself hours before you actually need there in case you need to drive to a new location! And wait for that call the day before in order to confirm everything. Things change quickly so you have to be on your toes and trust that Jesus has the wheel!
