No one was in the office. Had to call them. Their closing time was 11:AM and I was there at 10:36am on 6/6/26. I rented this trailer for 3 days on 6/4/26 and I returned it on 6/6/26 and they billed my called for a extra day and did not notify me. I found out from my bank and the email I received from them stated that I returned the trailer on 6/7/26 @ 2pm which is a lie. 1st of all they closed on Sundays and that was Sunday and I have time stamped pictures that I took when we dropped the trailer as well as pictures of the phone calls of me calling them to tell them that I was sitting there waiting for someone to come to their off. I was my money bank for tge extra day I was charged for no reason. Will not do business again with uhaul. Just hitting people's bank card just because you want to is unexpected.

melvin mAlthough, the vehicle was a good clean vehicle, the owner operator has very poor people skills. This, was the second time I dealt with this location, it wasn't any different then the last unfortunately.
