The keybox is located in a grassy area. During check-in uhaul’s network system is down. I cannot do the pick up process and since this office location is closed on the weekends no one could help me. Luckily the regional office number i found on my confirmation email was able to manually dispatch it. The customer service was trying to be helpful but wasnt able to resolve it.

APRIL YI was charged extra for gas when I put gas in the truck and returned it with more gas in it than when I first picked it up. This mobile only location has no live person there to verify. The lockbox with the key was rusted and extremely hard to open.
