How U-Haul Reviews WorkA faulty gas gauge resulted in me putting an extra $45 in gas into the tank. After reporting this numerous times, I NEVER received any return call and was charged the full amount for the rental with no refund for the extra fuel which was due to the faulty gauge.
James SThe whole rental experience was excellent! The person I dealt with was friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and reasonable. There was a minor problem with the AC fan in the truck, but everything else worked perfectly. I'd definitely recommend renting from this location!
