My original pickup was at a different location. I was supposed to pick up my rental at U-Haul Moving & Storage of Auburn at 1301 Opelika Road, but they didn't have my trailer on hand despite my reservation. So I was sent to ABBA Storage to pickup the trailer. When I arrived, I really lucked out. Turns out ABBA is closed on Monday! Thankfully, the owner was there doing work in his office for another business, and when I explained what was going on, he got everything squared away. It was really fortunate - EXCELLENT SERVICE by ABBA to pick up my reservation, but really not great coordination across the U-Haul network.
