I received exemplary service from Jeremiah. Incredibly helpful and very clear about the different options. A credit to the company.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe rental equipment was not available for me to use on arrival after being charged for it but the location sent me a refund immediately. The location had good service but my issue has not been solved by U-Haul. At the return at a different location, U-Haul charged me $480 for the “missing equipment” I never received.
