Tried to pick up the reserved furniture blankets the day before and willing to pay the extra day but the tech was not able to accomplish. Had to wait until day of Rental to obtain.

Cathy CEnsure attendant is capable of disclosing correct and full cost to a client at rental initiation. Surprise costs at pick up or later are not a good thing to a client. And never should an attendant tell a client to ignore a text sent from Uhaul about cost because they will not pay the amount in the text link.....when in fact that was exactly what I was asked to pay at pick up.
