The man working maybe even the owner was extremely rude I wasn’t even in the door a minute and he was complaining how I parked in his parking lot! He and I actually got into a screaming match because he was that rude! The woman working there was nice though and did apologize for his actions! Trailers don’t come with safety pins! When I dropped the trailer back off the man’s attitude was completely different but overall I wouldn’t go back there unless I absolutely had to and I would definitely not be recommending anyone else to go there! I just wish I had a recording of his behavior! Maybe he was having a bad day, Iam not sure but he shouldn’t be in customer service and that’s putting it nicely compared to the way he treated me! Don’t go there unless you have no other option! Go to the one in Mill Hall Pa!

RICK CBoth the trailer and the appliance dolly were covered in mud. The tires were all low as well and they seemed to not care.
