These people are wonderful! I needed a last Minute unload in Tyler. I placed the order online at 6.30 AM and at 11.20 AM they were at my storage facility. Extremely professional, took great care of my belongings and made sure everything was placed in my unit the way I wanted it. Even swept out my U-Haul truck so that I would not get a cleaning fee. Highly recommended! Will definitely use again!

This Company is great, with less than five hours notice in booking time, the movers were on time and very dependable throughout the whole move. They handled everything with care. Moving is always a pain in the ass, butJacob and Emilio made it feel a lot more bearable. I gave them less than 24 hours notice and they were on time, professional, positive, and got the job done. Although I underestimated our move, they were incredibly flexible and made sure we were taken care of. Would recommend these fellas to all my friends and family. Gave them a cash tip as a thank you for all their hard work. I’m hoping we don’t have to move again anytime soon, but if we do, I know who I’m calling! Great group of guys. Very helpful and worked hard.

They were on their job. I barely helped them and they managed to get me moved from a hotel and into my new home all within 2 hours. We had to load at 2 area's before making it to the unloading spot. I had trouble backing the truck into my driveway and the lead mover did it with no problem. Should've had him move it out for me too lol. Thank you guys. I wish I could tip yall but I had an accident in the truck and had to pay for a tow smh

After having such an awful experience with the loading movers, working with CB Relocation Services was a huge relief. From the moment they arrived, it was clear they truly knew what they were doing. The team was incredibly careful with our belongings, worked efficiently, and put in a tremendous amount of effort to make sure everything was handled properly. Their professionalism and work ethic completely turned the experience around for us for the unloading portion. I would absolutely hire CB Relocators again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and hardworking moving team.

They showed up late back were very fast and efficient. Their system used didn't show the correct number of pianos requested when verifying my details.

Because they were late, I only used them for 45 minutes due to when I needed to get the rental truck back.

this team was incredibly helpful. They assisted with me backing up and two different spots. They were very kind and polite. Very professional. Very careful with boxes, furniture and walls. One of them even went and purchased a tool in the middle of the move. This was to take the feet off of the couch to get it through the door. They did not ask for a reimbursement for this tool but acted immediately. I can’t express how grateful I was for this team. I highly recommend. Also they brought moving blankets and rope and a handtruck. Very experienced team.

They established communication pretty much immediately after the booking was completed through Uhaul and stayed in touch with updates in terms of arrival times and other logistics. Once they arrived (with their own dollies), they quickly looked through what we had and came up with a plan and actualized it efficiently without damaging any of the furniture pieces. And they did it all in the rain and cold without any complaints! Great guys, would highly recommend!

Showed up 2 hours late and didn't even know they had a job with me. I asked them to refund me for the cleaning crew because they weren't coming and didn't even have cleaning supplies. They told me they could only help load the truck but not unload because one of them had baseball practice. Before they arrived, I had to load 20+ boxes on my own because they weren't there to help. One of my sections of the couch has a hole in the bottom of it from how it was packed. The guy that was there helping told me I would receive a refund which I haven't received and they sat there awkwardly after the job was done waiting for a tip even though I did majority of the work.

Oliver and his team are the best movers we’ve ever used! They were courteous, professional, and moved some big heavy stuff without even the slightest bump. We were only moving three miles away from our old address and booked them for four hours and didn’t expect to get so much done but they were so fast and efficient. They got everything we needed and more! Highly recommend.

We hired this moving company through the U-Haul Moving Help marketplace and prepaid for 4 movers to assist with unloading furniture from a storage unit. The company confirmed the appointment the day before and agreed that we would need 30–45 minutes notice before they arrived so we could meet them at the storage facility. On the day of the move, we received a call stating that 2 movers had already arrived and started the clock, which was not what we scheduled or agreed to. We had specifically requested and paid for 4 movers, and the timing arrangement we discussed was not followed. When I explained this and attempted to clarify the situation, the individual on the phone became very irate and unprofessional, raising his voice and speaking in an aggressive manner. Because the agreed-upon services were not provided (incorrect number of movers and failure to follow the confirmed arrival plan) and the interaction was extremely unprofessional, we did not proceed with the service.

The movers were amazing. The dispatch was a bit rude. In the time it took me to get from my storage unit to the gate (less than a minute), I had 3 angry text messages from the dispatch. If you’re ok with the service being an hour late but knowing that the movers themselves are top notch, this is the company for you.

To be honest, we felt the service was somewhat inadequate as we paid for 4 movers and really didn’t get that. We also were disappointed in what all got done in the time frame we paid for. Would like a call to discuss a reimbursement for not getting what we paid for. Donovan and Vaughn were phenomenal, would higher them again without hesitation. Damian and TJ were, to be honest, lackluster. Damian barely carried anything during the move and complained a good bit. TJ had a broken thumb, couldn’t lift much of anything, and constantly said he couldn’t do much because he needed his meds. TJ also told me a few times he was trying to fire up Damian to get him going since he was slow - Showing that even he saw the lack in effort.

Very professional and easy move. Communication was smooth and he went out of his way to accommodate. Will definitely book again in the future. Thank you David !

I had a great experience with this moving team. They were excellent with communication, kept me informed throughout the process, and packed everything into the truck so efficiently. They were professional, organized, and made the whole move feel easy. I felt completely at ease the entire time.

They placed the filing cabinets on top of the couch and totally destroyed one and damaged the other. They dented the dresser at various places with chipped pieces all over the floor of the U-Haul.

We had an amazing experience with this moving company. Their communication was top-notch from start to finish, and the team was incredibly friendly and professional. They worked efficiently and really maximized the space in our truck, which made the whole move go much smoother than expected. The entire process was easy and stress-free. It is easy to give good reviews when there aren't any hiccups. What I can tell you is that if there are hiccups A&M will go above and beyond to make it right. On two occasions, Uhaul sent us moving boxes that were leaking rainwater, and Jose and Alex worked with our schedule to get them quickly swapped out. It was an actual pleasure having Gabe and the Sockeye team deliver the ubox and get all the furniture and items into the house. Its a 3 story house and the guys hustled to move the items in, and assemble the bed. They were great.

These guys were very helpful and were very accommodating to putting boxes in specific rooms, even if it meant going up another flight of stairs. They worked hard to get here early and consistently brought in box after box without stopping. They were so kind and did not complain at all. They replied to every ask I had with ‘no problem’!

Solid job, hard working guys!

Communication leading up to the move was unsatisfactory. I sent several emails a couple weeks in advance to coordinate timing and never received a reply, and the eventual return call came from a different number. During the final confirmation the night before, they suggested the job time might need to change because the slot was already booked before realizing I was the client on that reservation. On moving day, one mover seemed experienced while the other needed frequent guidance and worked slowly. Despite having two dollies available, he often carried single boxes and repeatedly tried to take items from my mother and I because he assumed we could not carry them. My dresser was also not secured in the truck and fell during transport, which cracked one of the drawers. Overall the move was completed successfully but it felt quite disorganized.

We really wanted the move to be handled the right way, and Professional Movers delivered exactly that.
