Phenomenal movers! Absolutely recommend these guys 10 of 10! I hired them to unload a 26ft Uhaul packed to the brim and they knocked it out fast and without a single issue. Both were super friendly, polite, and professional the whole time. They handled all the heavy furniture and boxes like it was nothing, were careful not to bang walls or scratch floors, and even helped rearrange a few things inside once everything was in the house. Really nice dudes who made a stressful moving day so much easier. Worth every penny. Would definitely hire them again.

Truepath did an awesome job with assisting us with unloading our rental truck. They were very professional and showed so much patience as we had to go from storage, to home and return back to our storage unit. They took care in handling our items and went above and beyond by taking some of our pre-existing heavy items up to our second floor level. We will definitely use this company when we start our renovations projected to begin in 2027.

These guys went above and beyond. I had originally booked them for a Saturday, called them on Friday to see if they would be able to come Friday afternoon instead. They said they had a job that would wrap up at about 6 and be where I needed them by 7. I will admit I was afraid they would be tired after working all day. Boy was I wrong, these guys showed up and moved faster than I could tell them where things went. Nice, respectful and careful with my stuff. Holy moly they were fast. Great experience!

Theo and Rebar were top notch! Efficient and took care with our belongings. They packed the storage unit tighter than I have even seen. It as the same size as the truck we rented and there is enough space in that storage unit for much more. Wow, just wow!! We will be using them for the next trip!

The workers arrived on time, brought their own packing blankets, tape and hand truck.They were shown the specific pieces being loaded for transport to the consignment shop. They protected each piece apparently, especially the antique curved glass curio. They worked efficiently and didn't need supervision. They did not waste any time and they worked very hard. They loaded up the rental truck and secured the furniture so it wouldn't shift. They followed me in their vehicle to the consignment store and unloaded everything and assisted in reassembly and placed furniture in the places the shopkeeper specified. These two guys are absolutely worth every penny and more. I would definitely hire them again.

The cleaning service was extremely disappointing. I hired this company to help make my home move-in ready, but the job was not completed properly at all. Several areas were left dirty, surfaces were not wiped, floors were not cleaned, and basic cleaning tasks were skipped. I had to redo most of the cleaning myself, and some areas will require hiring another company to fix their mistakes. On top of that, they lost my house key and only informed me after the job was done, which created a major security issue. This experience was stressful, unprofessional, and absolutely not worth the money. I cannot recommend their cleaning services.

The unpacking service was not delivered as promised. Although they said they could handle unpacking and organizing, the work was only halfway done and the part that was completed was very poorly executed. Items were placed randomly, without care or organization, and many boxes were left untouched. Nothing was arranged in a way that made sense or reflected the service I was expecting. I hired this service to make settling into my home easier, but instead I now have to redo everything myself or hire someone else to correct it. Combined with the lost key and lack of communication, this was a very frustrating experience. I would not recommend their unpacking services.

Wasn’t sure about booking Glitterz because they were the lowest cost (you generally get what you pay for) and few reviews although they were all five stars. If you have the same thoughts, put them aside. The crew showed up on time. They handled all of the furniture and items meticulously and with care. And they finished promptly. Ola and Raymond were amazing! Despite the fact that I got there later than I wanted to, because of some travel issues, they remain incredibly patient and so professional. They were so delicate with everything that they loaded into the truck and they were incredibly efficient. What took the last two movers that I used a year and a half ago over two hours, it took them one hour and 20 minutes. I would recommend these guys every day of the week!

One of my movers kept checking his phone during the loading process. I counted 9 times during the first hour when he would stop doing anything in order to check his phone. Very irritating since I only had them for 2 hours. This was the older employee. not the 18yr old.

These guys showed up earlier than what we had communicated and started the time right when they got to my house. I didn’t get home until 20 minutes later. They were very slow and a few times we caught them just standing around outside. They also agreed to give us extra time as we still had a lot of work to do After they completed 3 hours of work and got the code, they asked if they can go take care of some business and will return in an hour. However, they never showed up and never answered our calls or replied to our text messages. I do not recommend using them.

The first thing said by one was that he hoped it would be quick as he had plans to go out. Multiple boxes were moved at one time, even after I said it was glass in the mother's attic. Most boxes have been opened, but it appears nothing is broken. One wood dresser was damaged, and it was not there when I loaded it, and it had a blanket on it, but I do not know if it was done on the unloiad.

I had a UBox move with Samuel and the whole experience was incredibly smooth! The movers themselves were great, although inexperienced. However, I was notified 15 minutes before start time that they would be a little late. They were 50 minutes late, and whoever was texting me about the delay was slow to respond and rude. I had a tight time window to get the items moved. I paid for two hours in advance, got 1.5 hours if work with no offer to get a refund for the shortage if time and not all items got moved, so I will have to rent another truck another day for additional expense.

Jessie set up at time to move my pool table. During the process of moving it, the table was damaged , they took pictures , said they would have insurance involved , Jessie had said I would hear from him on Monday , the move was Saturday. Never heard from him so 4 days later I called him and he said he forgot and would get back with me on what would happen. A week later still no call from him, I tried to call and got only voice mail. I texted him , no reply. The fact that he can’t even follow up or make one phone call to me and I’m chasing him tells me the level of professionalism there is company is being run at. Do not use this moving company! Very unprofessional.

Arrived late without prior notification. Did not wrap furniture with provided moving blankets and wrapping tape before loading on the truck. 'Covered' items once on truck but did not secure blankets. Resulted in ALL of my furturinture sustaining chips, cracks, scratches and abrasions, in particular an antique asian folding screen and antique amoire, family heirloom, with several scratches and chips. Extremely upset. All boxes and furniture packed haphazardly, no care shown, boxes marked fragile crushed due to heavier boxes placed on top. Selected Newsome based on reviews but instead received careless handling of my furinture and boxes, after being assured they could wrap my furniture and it would be noted in order details. Older gentleman of the two also commented on how he 'loved' to work in my specific area due to tips prior to job completion, unprofessional. Very upset and stressed of what I would discover unloading, which was confirmed.

My issue is that they showed up 40 mins late. Yes they called but because of this I had to rearrange my uhaul reservation and pay more money to change it because they weren't on time. They only took 2 hours yet I paid for 3... I should have been partially refunded then. Especially since they were late. I have wood furniture that is scratched now and broken glass in boxes that were marked fragile. I understand I told them just to put the boxes in the kitchen but it was because they acted like they were in a hurry. Every box was labeled yet they kept asking where it went so I didnt bother anymore. They cracked my large wall clock. They wouldn't put the houseplants in the uhaul so I had to drive back and grab them myself. The houseplants would have been fine. They traveled from NE to NY one time in a uhaul and they were in perfect condition. They would have survived the 15 min trip. I just wish they would have been more careful with my home.

I was so pleased with Gabriel and his associate. I could not believe they were able to get everything I had in the ubox. When I saw it, I thought, and said, there is no way my stuff is going to fit in there. And I kept being reassured, every time I commented, that they would get it worked out. Need to clarify what the moving help limitations are for the paid two hours of moving help. I thought I was paying for two hours of moving help. We had a couch and loveseat loaded first we knew we were taking to storage. Everything we wanted help on moving was loaded and unloaded in around an hour and 15 minutes. I asked if they would come back to the loading location and help load a bed and then help unload the couch, loveseat and bed at our storage location. Keep in mind from pick up to drop off is around half mile or less. From the pickup location to storage about 300 yards. They insisted the work is for one load from pickup to drop off. I asked what if we didn't have a big enough truck. Flippant reply, you would need to get a bigger truck! After I shared a few words of displeasure and told them to never mind they backed tracked and decided to help. Good thing they did or they wouldn't have received the cash tip I somewhat reluctantly gave them.

Movers showed up smelling like pot. They were nice individuals but damaged the walls in the house and dented the front door. When I asked the owner what they would be willing to do rectify this he sorry but nothing he would do. They were supposed to come back later that day and never did. They couldn't find address. Preston was absolutely incredible. They went above and beyond, and even working alone- it seemed like he was doing the work of a team. Friendly, professional, excellent at packing in the container in a wonderfully efficient use of space, quick and precise. He was glad to help with a few minor snags to help wrap and pack some tricky valuables, and was extra attention to ensure if anything had to be fragile or upside only etc. I frankly don't think our experience could have gone any better. If you're checking the list on some site for options- This is the one you want. Also incredibly reasonable pricing. I'll admit I chose the cheapest in my area, but I was blown away. First, we were charged $50 just for changing our move by one day. Second, the movers were friendly, but seemed rushed and we later learned just dumped our bed downstairs without any assembly (our other movers carefully and professionally assembled all our other beds). The crew literally saved the day! Needed help for an international move, loading boxes and some bulky items into a container. They are phenomenal! John, Christian, and Beto were amazing.They were the cheapest yet the absolute best. I would hire them every single time. They were fast professional and got to work the second they got there. They took really good care of our stuff and stacked it in a very neat way in the U-Haul. I only payed for 2 workers but they had an extra worker with them. I would rate my whole experience as a 10 from the very first moment I booked with them until the end. Communication was great over the phone and during the move. One last thing after they loaded the truck they found out that there is still a lot of room and that our staff will move when we drive the U-Haul so John went to a store and bought safety straps to make sure our staff stayed in place.

I hired MovingStars415 for a simple 2-bedroom move one mile away. The movers arrived late; the lead, Jay, said he had a broken foot and later a broken finger. They were extremely slow, constantly on their phones, and disorganized. Despite my apartment being pre-packed, they failed to load larger items like a dining table and bed frame. The truck was loaded inefficiently, wasting space. After six hours, including 2 extra hours... the job was still incomplete. Jay damaged my doorway by slamming a sofa into it, breaking stucco. My wife and I had to help unload. I paid for a stressful, damaging, and unprofessional experience. Avoid MovingStars415.

The owner contacted me 3 days before the move to finalize a time and then again the day of the move just to make sure everything was good. The movers were absolutely amazing! We had a big truck and I was worried we wouldn’t get through it all! Not only did we get through it all, they helped mover big furniture exactly where I wanted it and finished early. We had some heavy pieces that needed to go upstairs but that was no problem for them! Anything that looked potentially damaged coming off the truck they immediately brought to my attention and took pictures. I would absolutely work with them again. Marlin, Patrick, and Carlos did a wonderful job. Marlin communicated ahead of the move day, called day of to confirm, and showed up right on time. I hired their services to load a U-Haul truck to move out of state. They did a wonderful job. They paid a lot of attention to things that needed special care and took a lot of extra time to tie things down and make sure they were properly packed in our truck. We would use them again in a heartbeat! Great job!

This is my second I-Hall experience. This time it was Andrew and Mike who came to load my storage unit onto a truck and then unload it at my new house. Mike is a genius at getting everything to fit and used the entire truck from top to bottom. They said that they have been working as a team for seven months and it showed - Andrew was on the unpack side and knew exactly what pieces Mike needed next, they communicated well with each other and with me and made the entire experience pleasant for us all.
