These folks are amazing. I had hired help that day that showed up late, worked slow, and left me with quite a bit of a truck to unload and this company stepped up came really late at night to help finish what the previous company left. They were professional and had a great attitude. They completed the job in a timely and efficient manner. I would recommend them to anyone that needs reliable moving help.

Absolutely the best - highly reccomend! The movers that we had booked originally through the platform didn't show up on our move date. At 330PM we inquired with Mod Design, and they showed up as quickly as they could with a last-minute COI. Since it was the end of the day on a Sunday, our U-box could no longer be picked up, so instead of canceling on us, they called us with a solution before bringing us the problem, and rented a U-Haul truck for us and came and picked everything up that night, then delivered it to our U-box first thing the next morning. The lock that we gave them for the box broke as they were trying to close up the U-box, and without even asking, they bought us a new lock and told us not to worry about paying for it. We, of course, Venmo'd them anyway. They were both extremely kind, professional, and careful with our belongings; they communicated with us through every step of the process, and we fully trusted them with everything. Best experience with movers by far!

Great experience with these movers. They showed up on time, handled my items with care, and worked quickly and efficiently. Moving a king mattress and furniture upstairs wasn’t easy, but they got it done with no issues. I really appreciate their help and would definitely recommend them.

The unloading experience was just as impressive. The two movers arrived on time and handled everything with care as they moved my mother-in-law into her new one-bedroom in Ontario. They worked quickly, stayed organized, and made what could have been a stressful day feel easy.

Top notch!

I requested 2 loaders to help load my U-Haul truck. The communication before and the day of was excellent. They showed up on time and started work immediately. We ran into a couple hiccups (due to my own fault) but they handled it like pros and were extremely helpful with the solution! The load job was done perfectly and they made sure things were secure so that nothing would shift and fall and that things wouldn’t get broken. I would absolutely use them again and give them my highest recommendation and would refer them to anyone needing help with their move. This is my 12th move in 25 years and they are the best I’ve had, without a doubt. (Thank you Joe, you took the stress away and made it an awesome experience.)

Aaron and Jay were professional and pleasant. When Jay arrived it seemed like they knew what they were doing to get it done quickly. However, they decided to move the Lane wooden chest on its top, across the rented van floor from the back door to the front, without any padding, which left deep scratches across the top of it. I’m hoping that I will be able to sand the scratches out without destroying the surface. My husband and I were too distracted to stop them, but as movers, they should have known better. Hope they won’t do that again to someone else’s furniture. They did get a tip in cash anyway.

Second time I used their service and highly recommend

Overall it was a poor experience. The two guys sent were really nice, but took a really long time to load the truck. 4.5 hours for a two bedroom apartment. They refused to carry anything and used the dolly for everything, even items way too large and not meant to be transported via dolly. This resulted in them breaking two legs off our dresser, damaging our bedframe and headboard, and chipping our nightstands and tv stand. When they set something down broken, they just looked at the broken item and didn’t say sorry or apologize. We were so afraid of how they were moving things, we didn’t even have them load our nice kitchen table. Instead we went back and moved it ourselves later. To top it all off they were so slow we ended up having to pay for two extra hours. In the end we just had them unload the majority of the truck in the garage to avoid them banging or breaking anything in the house and to save money as they would have taken their time for sure.

A few dings on furniture, and didn't provide moving supplies as anticipated.

We booked the movers for the afternoon, but they called and said they had to come in the morning. This was very inconvenient, because we had 2 other appointments that morning. When they got to our house, they told us that they could only work for 1 1!2 hours, even though we'd paid for 3 hours. They were pleasant and worked for about 1 hour and 15 minutes. I realize that your policy is not to refund for unused time, but I believe that I should receive a refund for at least 1 hour since this provider refused to work the last hour and left much before that.

Space City Loaders responded to my request for same day help loading within 30 minutes of my request on the uhaul website. The showed up promptly and were incredibly efficient moving our items down to our truck. We needed help moving a sofa down the stairs that was too big for the elevator and they made it down in no time. Our items were treated with care and they loaded the truck efficiently.

The young men who helped me Ty, Ta and Hakeem were very professional and most helpful. They wanted to make sure I got everything I needed in the Box. I am most pleased to have had their support during my move. I am grateful.

These guys are LIFE CHANGING! I thought the three hours from them would just be a supplement to give me and my rag tag team of friends I enlisted to move, a big head start. Nooo, they loaded my entire three bedroom condo into the u haul in less than an hour and a half! Unloaded into my new home in like an hour! So strong, fast, helpful, patient, and the best adult tetris players I’ve ever met. I have never moved before in less than nine hours. I am a single mom of two young boys so every moment helps. I will never move without them again. I want to tell everyone about them lol if I could give a hundred stars instead of five I would.

Great crew efficient and fast!

I scheduled my moving labor for 3 hours. I have used moving help twice before, as recently as 4 months ago, and each crew finished before 3 hours. KD Movers required an additional hour before confirming my booking and after I agreed he didn’t even use 3! He got there at 12 50pm, and I gave the payment code at 3 14pm. Aside from that, he was a bit rude and brought a teen with him as the second crew member. They did not listen or read where boxes were supposed to be placed, I had dishes in my bedroom and boxes labeled for specific rooms in the wrong areas. Finally, the teen he brought asked to use the restroom which was fine, but there was no soap or tissue and he left pee app over my child’s bathroom seat. He said absolutely nothing and my son had to clean his mess. I was disappointed in the customer service experience overall, asking for extra money beforehand and then having an attitude the entire move did not leave a good impression.

Rob and his crew were fast but also responsive to my questions. They assembled a crate I had purchased for a special item and were efficient loading everything. They even went with me to a second location to pick up 9 more boxes that were being moved with me. I can't say enough about how professional they were!

The crew of two showed up eager to complete the work assigned to them. Their extraordinary performance and politeness made it a pleasure to work with them. Definitely would recommend them to anyone looking for help.

The guys that moved us were fantastic. Very quick and packed the truck so that everything would stay in place. No complaints with the moving help at all. Initial communication with the company wasn’t good. The move was set up for Sunday. I booked on line and had not heard a word from the company by Saturday so I had to initiate communications with them to be sure they had us scheduled. When I got someone on the phone they said I must have missed their call ( I had no missed calls) instead of taking responsibility that they failed to contact me. Overall good experience.

Everything went well for the most part, but the movers took off a furniture pad when moving a leather chair and scratched it pretty good. Also left some pretty large marks on my wall that will need to be repaired. Would choose another company next time. Good guys though.

5 stars for all of the dimensions captured in the survey. What really stood out, however, were the comments on the other side of the trip from the group that unpacked the truck. The noted several times how well they packed the truck with ample use of blankets, plastic wrap, twine, etc. Remarkable they would celebrate a competitor's great work, but most notably they have the expertise to make the assessment. I would hire this company again.

They called the morning of the move to schedule the time, there was a slight delay on their arrival but they were coming from a couple hours away so I do not hold it against them. They were very fast and unloaded the packed to the brim 6x12 U-Haul trailer I had in less than an hour, up 4 steps into the house then another flight of stairs to the second floor. I highly recommend, they worked fast and efficient and very professional.

Andrew and Eddie from Carolina's Best Packing and Transport were super professional, fast, strong, and hard working. We moved the contents of a 26' truck into a 10 x 20 foot storage unit in two hours, including a half dozen very large pieces of furniture. Andrew and Eddie knew the best ways to move and store the future and optimize the space by filling voids with smaller boxes. The were great. I highly recommend them!

They did not show up until 3 hours after the scheduled time. They then persisted to pick and choose what items they wanted to take instead if just unloading. They did not complete the 4 hours bc they had to drive back to Fargo. They left early by 30 minutes. I am extremely disappointed thatbI had to hire another company just to complete the job. The last time I hired help they were able to unload more stuff then what we had this time in less time. Overall disappointment in their professionalism and performance.

There were a lot of items that had been damaged or just haphazardly thrown into the truck it would have appeared. So far many things are beat up, chipped, or damaged.

The U-Haul movers did an excellent job today! Communication was smooth and clear throughout the entire process, they checked in whenever needed and made everything easy and stress-free. They handled everything with great care, and the loading was especially impressive, items were packed neatly and securely, with space used very efficiently. You can tell they’re very experienced. Overall, a fantastic experience and I would highly recommend them!

The movers did a great job with moving, however, the company was making excessive calls to us during the move to collect payment for an additional hour prior to the move being finished. This was disruptive to the moving process and I strongly suggest a better method to issuing a payment request for additional hours for moves that take longer than planned. Receiving 6+ calls in the span of 5 minutes as you’re carrying items to be moved and in a stressful situation was not ideal.

I was dreading our move. A week before the wedding, things were already so busy and hectic, but the movers made everything more manageable during a difficult time. I cannot express enough how professional and kind the gentlemen working with us were, even as things got away from me. The entire time they understood what needed to be done and helped cut through the chaos. I don't think we would have been able to complete half as much on our own without them. I appreciate their efforts very much and will absolultely be relying on their services again in the future. Cannot recommend them enough.

The person was polite, on time. However it was only 1 person who showed up. The job took 3x as long as services I’ve hired in the past due to it being 1 person loading the box. Every time I’ve hired movers it’s been a 2 man team and rightfully so. Right away he told me not everything would fit in the box. I replied okay how much won’t fit so I can start prioritizing what to keep and throwing away what I can’t keep. He couldn’t give an answer other than - we have to see what fits. Then, he loads some of the boxes and tells me to look at the Ubox which is nearly full. Much of my items didn’t fit, and I had to trash a lot of personal belongings on the spot that hadn’t been loaded yet. I would’ve prioritized keeping other items had he been able to estimate what wouldn’t fit. As a professional, I expected more. Needs a 2 person team.

They worked SO hard and so quickly. I’m really impressed. We were under a time crunch so to some delays on my end and a city event on my street. They absolutely crushed the unload and hustled while still being careful and considerate. Absolutely best movers experience I’ve ever had.

I had a bad experience with the people who moved our stuff. My wife wrote two checks for $25 each has tipped to the two movers. One of them, Marcus, change the amount to $2500 and extracted that amount from my checking account. He has been telling the bank that we wrote a tip for $2500, which we did not. He has clearly changed the amount in the check. Terrible experience. I would not use this company again.

Santiago was the best! Very professional polite personable and unloaded my truck quickly while also asking where everything should be placed. Eager to help and rearranging whatever I needed moved to a different room. The other young man (I didn’t catch his name) had gotten food poisoning the night before and had been in the hospital but came by to help with the furniture. Really great guys and I would definitely hire them again.

The guys that helped us, Scott and Jeremy, were quick and were very kind! The communication with the owner could have been better the day of our move. An hour after the confirmed time I received a call saying there would be a 2 hour delay day in getting movers to help us unload. They made it right partially in still sending us help but hoping we’re able to be comped as well.

Over the years I have used Moving Help several times but APM Movers was by far the best I have ever used. The service that loaded me in Tampa was probably the worst I have ever used & APM went out of their way to help resolve many issues caused by the bad loading. I highly recommend these guys!

Exceptional service. I had to change the time of delivery and they were very communicative and flexible. The arrived and efficiently unloaded everything perfectly on time and with no hiccups, even though the location was rural and with spotty connection.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the service provided during my move. The load unload team handled my furniture with very poor care. They broke my coffee table and left it somewhere in the building I moved out of without informing me. I had to discover this myself. In addition, they damaged all the corners of my dining table, several chairs, and a dresser. The overall quality of the work was unacceptable and far below reasonable standards. I expect accountability and a resolution for the damages caused.

If you want to pay the higher prices believe in you getting better service this guy and his crew are first class. They don't charge as much they are very hard workers highly highly highly recommended. I've moved several times and by far the best crew I've ever had.

Our movers, Nate and JoJo, were very courteous young men who were very respectful. They did a good job of packing the truck to ensure my household belongings were safely transported to my new home.

Jared and his partner made the whole process easy start to finish. The handled the entire job in under 1 hour.

The lead mover adamantly assured me that he was experienced, would pack everything into the truck carefully, and that nothing would be damaged, even turning down my offers to help and provide guidance as to loading, as I had successfully loaded the same truck, with the same items, a year prior, however, items were damaged. I found this particularly egregious, as 12 moving blankets and dozens of cardboard pieces that were intended for placing in between items, were left unused. Furthermore, I was not informed about the damage, which I found to be unprofessional, as of course I would notice it when unloading the truck. Had they been more open to suggestion, and careful, the damages would have easily been avoided. I said at least three times that certain items were tricky and that I could help, but was told repeatedly that my help was unnecessary, yet evidently it would have been beneficial, so I was very disappointed. In hindsight, I should have been more assertive...would not hire again

Nobody reached out to me to confirm my move - I had to reach out to them myself the day before. The morning of the move, only one guy showed up instead of two. He said that another guy would be coming soon but the second guy never showed up. I had to do a ton of heavy lifting to get my furniture loaded, which luckily I was able to do - but what if they had only sent one guy to someone with a disability or someone who couldn't lift heavy furniture? The guy that came was OK. He was nice enough but was older and hadn't done a move in almost a year, and moved slowly. It took us three hours to load the truck together, but the guys the next day unloaded everything in 45 minutes because they were actual professionals.

Flash and James were absolutely amazing, they got our 15’ U-Haul loaded in about 40 minutes and unloaded in 30. The entire time they were extremely communicative and treated our stuff very well. Could not be happier with the chose to hire Hercules Movers!

They were on time and packed the truck well. Things didn't move. My only complaint is they didn't wrap all the furniture. When unloading, this caused a drawer to fall out and break. I booked and paid for 3 hours and they took 1.5 so I feel they could have taken more time to carefully wrap my furniture.

The crew was very good. They were considerate with fragile items and handled them great doing the move. The scheduled time over past but thy were accommodating to it and had the work done with excellence. Great job and thank you for the help.

They called right after I booked. They sent two guys for a 2 hour job. They did bring a couple of moving dollys and hand trucks which made it a lot easier. They helped me pack a few boxes and were very efficient. I had booked them for two hours but it ended up being a three hour job. I would definitely hire them again. They send experienced guys and communicate well. Just make sure there’s some street parking for their car or truck. They got a cash tip as well. P.S. I had two helpers in which one of them arrived late. Upon arrival I noticed that it appeared he was not motivated to do his job. He let the other helper do most the work while he was slow moving and careless with my items. Apparently neither helper knew what they were doing because the truck was loaded carelessly. Many of my items were tossed around, scratched, and broken. I will give credit to the manager-owner I spoke with. He was very responsive and apologetic. He ended up refunding me for the full amount, but unfortunately that amount doesn't begin to cover the value of the damage to my items.
