This company worked with me for a last minute job because the other company I prescheduled did not show. Great communication with scheduler and all four movers were really great and got done the work in less time then we originally thought it would take to load two trucks. Thank you!

Fast movers even in hot weather. Followed instructions well.

No confirmation day before or day of the move. I paid for 6 hours of help (2 guys for 3 hours) and when they finished unloading the truck they left versus offering to help do other things. It seemed the supervisor had another job he wanted them to go to. I probably should not have tipped the two movers but don’t know if they are paid by the hour or by the job. Their performance was average at best as they had to be redirected on where to put furniture or labeled boxes. I would not use this company again.

No confirmation day prior or day of and crew left after unloading truck vs helping do other things for the full time (2 guys for 3 hours). While the service was really great, I overpaid for this help. Wouldn’t recommend as they left job early.

Fastest movers ever! Even disassembled a large TV and boxed it in minutes.

These guys showed up early, finished quickly. Hauled a whole cargo van worth of items up 2 flights of stairs in like 40 mins (we booked for 2 hours). Their dedication, work ethic, speed, and care set them apart. We’ve used 3 other uhaul moving services in the past few years and these guys blew it out of the water. If we could give 6 out of 5 stars we would.

Excellent movers that understood a very complex loading that was heavy loaded items. They were on time when asked to arrive even when just scheduling the night before. Thought load would take two hours but was completed in almost half the time because of skills they had.

One of the gentlemen helping offered to back up the uhaul truck for me AND position it to make it easier to return.

Finally showed up 2 hours late and with only 1 helper to move in after we had unloaded and moved nearly everything in. What couple of items were left, we had to help finish getting in. Then we were actually asked for a tip. We agreed on a 75 percent refund and have yet to receive anything.

They didn’t load the trailer all the way to ceiling which required us to unload half of the trailer reload the trailer ourselves.they took less than two hours to load and it took us 3 hours to unload and reload the trailer packing the trailer trailer to its max capacity. I thought these guys knew what they were doing. They need to learn to fill spaces to the max capacity and not just the bottom floor spec.

Unfortunately, I requested and prepaid for two movers. The gentleman did call me back and tell me he only had one person available which I said ok but expected the price to be adjusted since I had requested and prepaid for 2 movers. After the four hour period prepaid we were discussing the amount that should be due based on the lack of help that he provided and he insisted that one and two people were the same price however, again I had requested two and paid for two. I had not received an email from the company but I taken a screenshot of the reservation which had the payment code. I was looking for phone contact to call about the payment dispute and he looked over my shoulder as if looking for the number and quickly left saying just don’t pay me. Once I got ahold of customer service I found out the code was processed which shows he obviously stole the code when he looked over my shoulder . He appeared to be an inexperienced mover . Didn’t come prepared with any moving essentials

They were extremely careful with our belongings, and put in extra care to make sure the walls and railings were not damaged. When all of the furniture was loaded, they also kindly helped pack the remaining items. I thought I would need to disassemble many large furniture pieces, but they were able to expertly move them from one house to another without needing to disassemble them, which we appreciated. Would highly recommend these two.

They did great! Another company cancelled on us and they came in the evening and got us moved in quickly and efficiently.

They were super communicative, which was helpful. However, they did show up late, but they communicated that during the process. Once there, he was super quick and energetic in moving items to where they needed to go. Before he left made sure to ask if there was anything else that needed to be moved or if there was anything else he could help with.

I don't know if I should tip because they were with me for less than 1 hour and I was charged with 2 hours, which I don't think I was warned about. The moving guys were awesome, but I still feel like I was scammed by the company. I already gave them 115 extra dollars that they didn't work for, and there's no refunds so I'm not sure why I would tip them.

My washer and dryer both have damage because of how they were taken down the stairs.

Sadly the movers were ill equipped to be movers in the first place.They unfortunately did not perform much in regard to moving anything. Sure they were nice people as human beings can be, but they were not good at the job of moving At ALL.

These guys were amazing. I cannot say enough good things about my experience. They were flexible when I had to reschedule because of traffic and were very efficient unloading my 15 foot truck in just over an hour. I would absolutely recommend this company!

Several of my furniture pieces are damaged, along with the inside of my home because of the movers dragging my furniture across the floor instead of lifting. Furniture that required two people, so it could be lifted, was handled by only one person, even after I mentioned having a second person bc it needed to be lifted.

Roy and Abraham are amazing! This was our first time booking with them and they made our life easier. At first we thought that they already have a truck but we booked the wrong one. So Roy helped us get a truck from the U-Haul company without hesitancy and also drove the truck. Both of them are very approachable. They carry heavy loads as if they were not heavy and they were very quick. They are very willing to help and very easy to talk too. Definitely recommend both of them.

Stellar service! I had to book them last-minute due to a truck reservation change, and Dylan went out of his way to find a better time for the truck, and when that didn't work out, he scheduled his crew to arrive early. The movers were fast, professional, and did an amazing job.

I wish I had been a bit clearer. They are excellent packers and skilled at moving, but the focal point was meant to be the stuff I would have trouble moving on my own like the sofas and bed. I can do the boxes and the other items, but it was a real a two man job. If it was about packing and moving, then this crew is good. Unfortunately, I needed more strength.

These are the movers you want! We have moved every year for the past six years and Luis and Andrew were the absolute best movers we have ever had. For the first time I was not afraid of things being broken or mishandled. They were so fast too! They were extremely kind throughout the process and so understanding when our plans changed. I have never encountered movers so courteous. They went above and beyond for us and we will be calling them for our next move!

I hired this company for a load and unload move from my 4-bedroom home, and it was a very disappointing experience. The crew they sent was clearly inexperienced. After two hours, they had only moved a few bed frames, four couches, one loveseat, a kitchen table, two speakers, and a few packed boxes. I ended up sending them home because I wasn’t willing to keep paying for so little progress. One of the movers had a broken hand, which limited his ability to work, and they still left items in my garage. What frustrated me most was that the person I believe was the owner or supervisor stayed in the car and only came out to collect the payment code. If you’re sending an inexperienced crew, an experienced supervisor should be there helping and leading. I don’t blame the workers I blame management. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.

I hired a 2-man team to do an in house move of furniture from the basement to the first floor. Not hard but had some heavy items. They sent 1 person and said the second person would arrive almost 2 hours later and asked it that was OK. Obviously not! So my husband had to assist the one person. This defeated the purpose of us hiring movers. The worst I have ever hired.

These guys were wonderful and made quick work of our truck unload. I did take some stars off because I booked 3 men and only 2 arrived but they completed the job in the booked time so fine by me!

This move was arranged for a neighbor served by our Conference of the Society of St Vincent dePaul, who is older and disabled, and unable to afford a move to Flagstaff on her own. We were impressed by the care and professionalism shown by the crew. Thank you!

Great communication from booking, thru truck unloading, to a 5th floor apartment. Big Body Movers, Gene and Dell, did a great job in completely unloading a 15 ft truck into a 5th floor apartment. A load that had required 5 people 5 hours, to load onto the truck. Would definitely use again.

There was ZERO communication from movers. One showed up 20 min early and another showed up 20 min late. We were told he had his daughter’s birthday party to get to so he needed to hurry. They both left almost half an hour early before the hours I had paid for were complete and not because the job was done, they left my husband to finish ALONE. On top of that the way they poorly loaded the truck half of our belongings would not even fit and I’m having to rent another truck and more movers next weekend. The icing on the cake was when we arrived to our new home and u loaded we realized our 75 tv’s screen was busted and is now unusable. They loaded a flat screen TV up against an iron and marble buffet with zero padding or blankets to protect it and they Had plenty available. The entire operation was the most unprofessional thing I’ve ever dealt with, so much we didn’t tip them and we ALWAYS do. The whole experience was a nightmare.

Two young teenagers, that clearly had no experience were sent alone to do the job. They were hard working and polite, but caused significant damage to the furniture. They put wood furniture upside down with the top finished surface on the bare metal floor. There were an abundance of furniture pads available, and when I suggested they needed to use them, they clearly did not understand. When I called the supervisor, he told me it was my responsibility to instruct them how to pack properly. Do not ever, ever use Midcoast Moving !!

Marcus, the owner of Send It Express did an outstanding job as I was preparing for my move. He readily answered my calls with questions and professionally answered all of my questions. Also, he called me on the day of my move in order to confirm the time and the place that I would meet his helpers. Marcus did an excellent job. Marcus' two helpers, Jaylin and David did an outstanding job also. They were on time at the place where we were to meet, and they quickly and efficiently loaded the 26' truck that I had rented from U-Haul. And, today was HOT and HUMID here in Virginia, and they were real troopers as they loaded the truck and then unloaded the truck at my apartment. I can't say enough about the job that Jaylin and David did. Throughout the process of loading and unloading they were gracious and professional and they took care not to damage any of my belongings. All in All, Marcus, Jaylin and David were outstanding, and I would hire them again for any of my future moves.

They were early and gave me a heads up when they were 15-20 minutes out which was super helpful. They were flexible with any delays we had with getting things going & very easy going. Definitely was a huge help getting our U-Haul truck unloaded & storage unit loaded. Just had to instruct on where to load things & how to fit into the unit. But they were great & we are so grateful!

Five stars all around! These guys were amazing! Ray called the day before to confirm and was very communicative. On the day of we hit some traffic and I was able to call ray and push our start time back by 30min. The movers showed up on time and were very professional! They helped us unload or 15 foot U-Haul in about 1hour and 45min. Without these guys this move would have been miserable, but they made it fast and efficient! Just go ahead and book them, they get the job done!

OUTSTANDING SERVICES!!! The communication from when they were on their way, and then the owner checking in along the way. The movers were great! They had such great finesse and knew just how to handle heavy, bulky objects around tight narrow turns. Not once did they have to yell PIVOT! (hope you get the reference). They cleaned up after themselves and asked where each box was going. When I move again, I will definitely be calling Lamb's Moving. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Do not select this company to move you as you will be highly disappointed. Only one of their guys showed up and we ended up helping move the boxes. The dispatcher kept saying help was coming and then they skipped us for another previously scheduled job at 4pm when ours was scheduled for 130pm. I asked for the dispatcher to get someone to our house on Sunday or first thing Monday morning and it did not happen we had to hire other movers to complete the job.

The crew was right on time, and worked very efficiently. They were great, and would hire them again!!

Everything went great! I did notice several of my furniture items were chipped though unfortunately, but I would still definitely use the company again and recommend to others! I sent a $100 tip to one of the movers guys via Paypal. $50 for each. Was told he would make sure it got to the other guy. Thank you guys again!

Very helpful movers who took care with items!

We were expecting to have 2 capable, experienced, professional movers. However, that was not the case. Mekhi arrived on time with his helper. He told us this was the first time he has done this for Uhaul and it was his helper's first time ever. They were both very courteous, and respectful. We have no complaints about them personally. She arrived wearing crocs and had headphones around her neck. Mekhi introduced her as his helper, in conversation my daughter discovered she was his girlfriend. She needed to take breaks for her breathing and couldn't move more than I could do myself. Mekhi needed alot of direction and guidance from my husband on what to do, how to load, etc. We weren't expecting to do as much of the loading & unloading ourselves. My concern is, if we were physically unable to do as much as we did, there is no way this move would've been done in 3.5 hours. Please do better in vetting the people sent by the companies you represent.

Charles and Mario showed up to unload our Penske moving truck that was completely tightly packed with boxes and furniture into (2) 10x20 storage units. They unloaded it with great humor and professionalism. We will request them specifically when we move the boxes and furniture to our home. Stellar performance by both these 2 men.

They did a great job with our move, getting everything out of the one location and into the next very quickly. They even disassembled and reassembled some furniture to get through narrow stairwells, and for the sofas avoided the stairwell and lifted directly onto the second floor balcony to go through the wider sliding glass doors!
