We had an excellent experience with A+ Moving Services. Kevin and Dominic were outstanding from start to finish. They moved us into a third-floor apartment at the end of a long, hot day in Virginia, and never once slowed down or complained. These guys were amazing I had a emergency and cut leg When they were on the way here I had to call a ambulance. I was really incoherent so I let them know while they were on the way that I would have to cancel. They assured me that they would take care of everything and get everything moved for me They didn't have to do that but I was so grateful that they did. Thank you so much guys!
Although there was a mix up with the time for service, Nicholas Cigaroa and Edgar Cruz were phenomenal and Josh was very compromising, however the customer service guy Carlos is not helpful during this process at all. He was very rude. Above all, great service by Nicholas and Edgar. I wish I could personally request them next time I have a move.

Most unprofessional, unprepared and unqualified movers I have ever used. They didn't know how to use ratchet straps or an appliance dolly. Several items were damaged. The female mover spent most of the time texting on her phone instead of focusing on the job at hand. I do not recommend Swift Services to handle your move if they send the James England crew.

I appreciate Evergreen State PNW Movers accommodating my move on short notice. My arrival window was 445–530 PM, but the movers arrived around 545 PM. At 536 PM, they called stating U-Haul had provided the wrong address, so I resent the correct address via text. Due to the delay and concern about losing daylight, my friend and I had already loaded the heaviest items ourselves. I paid for two hours of service, but the job was completed in about 40 minutes, and the movers worked efficiently once they arrived. However, I was uncomfortable with several personal comments made during the move. They asked how many rooms I had, how much my rent was, and made remarks about my shoes. After my friend mentioned some were expensive, one mover joked, Where are the Balenciagas? While likely intended as friendly conversation, I found the comments unprofessional. Efficient service, but the late arrival and lack of professionalism impacted my experience.
Steven was great and easy to work with. Daryl and Jonathan were fast, helpful, and incredibly patient, especially since I hadn’t provided the full address. I really appreciated all of them.

Unfortunately ubox allows you to believe that 1 box is enough for a 1bdr but it’s not. Long story short I had 2 get boxes. Green Movers nothing short of sensational. Experts at optimizing space, being efficient with time, and delivering quality service. They came in with a plan and got it done! If I am ever around and they provide a service I’ll be booking with them.

I hired this team again for a second day of moving, and they were just as impressive. This day involved almost entirely large, heavy furniture, and I was amazed at how quickly they loaded everything into the truck. They worked hard the entire time, stayed organized, and handled every piece with care. Their teamwork, efficiency, and professionalism made what could have been a stressful day go incredibly smoothly. I wouldn’t hesitate to hire them again and highly recommend them to anyone needing dependable movers.

Since characters are limited, the issues are, despite accepting the work knowing and after confirming that the item was an upright piano, during the entire process they complained, stated how they couldn't do it, complained, and repeatedly asked me to help them move the item and load it in the van. Secondly, one of them smelled like weed the moment they arrived for the job. Third, they repeatedly made disrespectful remarks toward me and my wife in our own home. Fourth, after unloading the item, they did not bring it into the home and was left in the garage. Fifth, during the moving process, the item became scratched and damaged, lowering its value. Most importantly, I got injured after having to help them, despite paying them to do so, for which I had to seek medical care.

They moved my late father's massive workshop, including 1,000-pound workbenches, heavy tool cabinets, large amount of shelving plus plus plud and a 800 lb motorcycle lift, with professionalism, skill, and great care. Watching them work was truly impressive. I was under tremendous pressure. Mr. Flores and his team removed an enormous amount of stress from my shoulders. From the moment I booked, Kai texted me to confirm everything that I needed and verified that he would have two movers arrive at my selected time. The communication with Kai was excellent and the entire process with this company was top notch. The guys showed up a bit early and even called me as soon as they arrived. They were both polite and listened to instructions very well. They were helpful and capable and put in the exact amount of urgency without rushing. Roy and Trevor made effort to care for our things and even made the trip up the road to our house and storage unit to unload for both spots. Everything about this experience was top notch. I had 2 Uboxed to unload. The 2 men were on time for the unload. Booked for 2 hours they finished in about 45 min. Very polite and hard working. While moving one bureau into the bedroom it did hit the edge around the window. I saw him look and I assumed it wasn’t affected. I looked at it after they left and it did cause a dent in my wall. It would have been nice to have been told about it at that moment.

Brigham from Smoove Moove went far beyond any help I could have expected, chasing my U-Box down among three different locations (for some reason, they kept moving it), and then exhibited amazing patience when they wouldn’t release the box to him, even though he was ready with his truck. This company leaped in to help when my contracted movers wouldn’t answer my calls or messages, and everyone I dealt with was helpful and professional. I tipped in person.

Exceptional, energetic, and highly professional movers! I highly recommend Brothers on the Move!! They did an absolutely excellent job with our move. The two brothers worked tirelessly for two straight hours without taking a single break. Their energy levels and professionalism were incredible from start to finish, and their communication skills were excellent. We have a two-story house, which meant they had to haul several heavy items upstairs. They moved bulky pieces—including a heavy, electronic King Sleep Number bed and mattresses—to the second floor without a single complaint. They handled all of our heavy furniture with extreme care. Everything arrived safely without a single scratch or piece of damage. I am incredibly impressed with their hard work and will definitely hire them again in the future if we move.

We couldn't complete the move on the scheduled day because of a mistake U-Haul made. Despite this they were extremely understanding and flexible and able to reschedule my move for the following day. They were extremely fast and able to get a studio's worth of belongings out of the truck in about 15 minutes. Very impressed with Matthew and his team and would recommend them to anyone.

Our Moving Help service provider communicated beforehand to confirm start time and what our two helpers would be moving. The service provider communicated the afternooon of the move saying they were running behind schedule. They ultimately sent over another team to help us but by then they still arrived 2 hours after our requested start time. This meant that we'd already done a good bit of unloading ourselves. All that aside, the 3 team members we did end up with did a great job of helping us and were easy to work with.

We hired Hoarder Patrol Moving and Cleaning to load our storage unit contents into a moving truck and unload it at our new house. The only issue was one of the guys said he was hired for the job off of Craigslist, and he kind of pestered me for a tip repeatedly.

Zac and team are top notch organizers. We consolidated two storage units into one. We hand drew a simple of the final unit layout. Zac pulled all items from the small unit, pulled non essentials from the bigger one then found room for all the essentials in the big unit. Without his skill and talent, we could have wasted hours. 25 percent tip is very deserved. He saved us $$$. If we had to hire an organizer then a mover the costs would have doubled! Highly recommend.

The two movers which arrived were kind, helpful, and got the move done in half the time I thought it would take based on the last moving service had taken. We are moving to the Chicago area and I would absolutely consider booking them again at a higher rate to help moving, I enjoyed them so much!!

They arrived half an hour late and the team was a father and his son. While the father is highly experienced, things moved slowly as he needed to instruct his son on what to do.
All My Kin Moving was amazing! Salvador and his team were prompt, easy to coordinate and communicate with and got the job done way faster than we anticipated! We were moving out of a unit on the 4th floor, and the elevator broke a few days before, when we let the team know, their response was 'well... at least we are just going downstairs!' Moving is inherently stressful, but Salvador's positive attitude and professionalism made what could have easily been a stressful situation much easier and smoother! I will definitely be using All My Kin Moving for future moves!

I booked 2 helpers. One showed up on time and the other one showed up after we were done. Lucky enough for me that I had a friend and myself to help move or I would have been in trouble. After the move, I spent 20mins trying to get a refund from them since only 1 showed up. This move was done on Monday.. It is now Wednesday I have yet to hear from them on when my refund would be process. The helper was professional and nice. Overall the service was lacking and not reliable. Would not recommend.

They worked quickly and efficiently in the RAIN. Not to mention, they packed the truck so well that when the truck door popped open while I was driving, nothing flew out. They unloaded up several flights of stairs, and they put everything where asked. No damages to the property or our belongings either despite some large, awkward objects. They’re also from Philly and drove all the way out to us in a timely manner and stayed until the job was done. I’m hoping we never move again, but if we do, we’d hire them again for the job.

They also made sure to check with me to confirm which room & area I wanted the items placed every time they brought in more stuff. They were very careful with handling my items and were careful to not hit or run into any doors or walls while bringing things in. They worked fast and efficiently but it didn't feel rushed. What I thought would be a quick & relaxing move turned out terrible real quick. The start time was at 1030 & even though there was great communication, the movers pushed back the time due to weather conditions until finally another team was called out and showed up finally at 330. I had told the movers what all was being moved after they were booked & they said they could do the job. I had a brand new fridge that needed moved & I told the movers the doors needed to be taken off but they thought it could go through the back door. The BRAND NEW fridge is now all dented and scratched. Even though it’s on the truck and it was moved, these teams should be qualified enough to move furniture without scratching it or denting it. Unfortunately that wasn’t the case for me. Overall the crew was nice and respectful and got the furniture moved but just disappointed now my fridge is dented and scratched.

They arrived an hour late. I wish they would have provided me an updated arrival estimate but when I reached they responded quickly and let me know when to expect them. Once they arrived they got to work immediately and did a phenomenal job! Well worth the money. I highly recommend them!

We had a very good experience with A-Z movers. They were helpful in ways that went beyond their regular services. We had a lot of stuff, heavy and awkward stuff and they were able to manage. Definitely do recommend
They got the job done but just seemed to be in a hurry to get gone. We had hired them for two hours and they were gone in a little over an hour. Had no assistance in putting together bed frame or putting mirror on dresser.

The movers were fine. The owner of this company is a different story. He was quite rude and micromanaged the movers. He kept calling them during my move so they had to stop what they were doing to answer his calls. This happened repeatedly.

These guys were incredible! As soon as I booked them I got a phone call verifying the job. I also received a call the day before both were nice since I booked on the uhaul app. They showed up right on time and did a great job of both loading and unloading. They brought blankets and knew how to get all of the items safely into the truck. I rented a 10 foot truck but day before I was changed to a 10 ft truck. My stuff completely filled the truck and nothing was damaged in the move. I highly recommend this company they were professional, fast, careful and great with communication.

I don’t like that I booked 6 hours and company called me told me I had to add two hours. When asked would I get that back if not used it was no they can move furniture around or put items together for the additional time. The actual moving guys were awesome!

- was late due to car issues but did send out 3 persons to help expedite which was appreciated. Everyone was also incredibly hard working. - inefficient packing and organizing, tables and bed frames were not dissembled so good amount of wasted space in our U-Haul. - replacement crew not aware of second location. After informed them, still loaded it as before so on second location, had to take out mattress which got dirty on the ground. - did not have any tools beyond basic Allen keys which is probably why bed frame and table were not dissembled fully. Did offer to provide power tools only after realizing they were trying to take apart bed frame with one tiny Allen key however had loaded it into truck already. Would have provided tools ready had I known. - marble table had part of the surface damaged because it was not covered nor dissembled to protect it despite asking.

Communication could have been better. They initially asked to push the timing back, then said they would arrive earlier, but ultimately arrived later than originally communicated. Once they arrived, however, they worked efficiently, followed directions well, and moved my items quickly.

I moved from a second floor one and a half bedroom to a 1st Floor one and a half bedroom and the guys were able to do it in the allotted four our timeframe.. These guys were awesome. They communicated well prior to arriving, and did a great job packing up my trailer. I was on the second floor and they were fast but careful carrying all my totes and furniture down the stairs. They did a great job packing the trailer ensuring it had most of the weight at the front and that things fit. I really have no complaints and would recommend these guys to anyone.

Originally paid for 3 hours of help with two movers for loading and unloading and was told it would be better to hire a third. I agreed and paid the additional charge. After 45 minutes of unloading I was told I would need to pay for more time if I wanted the rest of my items off the truck with their help. I told them I had booked for three hours and they said I had only booked for 2. Once they understood, they unloaded the rest of my items. We had 45 minutes to spare (they had left a ton of stuff back at my old place because I was told we were running out of time) so I asked if they would put my furniture back together. They had left the hardware at the other place. When I left to go return the uhaul, the movers had left the doors to my apt building propped open with uhaul boxes, left the back door to my uhaul truck open, and the dollies I had rented were in the street. I spent two more days moving things on my own. I absolutely feel scammed.

Movers were great so I don't want to give anything less than 5 stars because they worked so hard for us. The fact that we were charged an entire hour for 30mins extra was really absurd. The mover requested we only be charges a pro-rated half-hour but instead Jason (the boss) told the mover to charge us for the whole hour. Highly disappointed with Jason himself for making us eat the extra $45 dollars, because we didn't get the extra half hour of labor because the movers were double-booked for the day so they had to leave.
VERY POOR LOAD!!! ALMOST EVERY PIECE OF FURNITURE DAMAGED!! How do you break the back off a dining chair?? When we opened the truck it looked like the Beverley Hillbillies loaded it. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY RUN AWAY FAST!!

Aeon was very accommodating to my logistical challenges with the scheduling for my move.
Polite but would never hire again. While the crew was kind, they lacked the physical stamina and professional skills required for a basic move.They arrived an hour early, disrupting our final disassembly. Within 90 minutes, one worker was completely gassed & had to sit down. He visibly struggled for the rest of our four-hour booking.Their negligence caused significant damage. They used only 3 of the 24 moving blankets we rented for our 3-bed house (our unload crew & truck return employee were both shocked by this). Consequently, our furniture is covered in scrapes and dings, including a broken pantry support bar. They even stacked heavy boxes labeled books directly on top of our microwave, destroying it. They also gouged our walls and doorframes.Their packing logic was terrible; they stacked light boxes under heavy items, smashing our property. Crucially, they failed to empty our shed, forcing us to make another costly trip across state lines.

Communicated via text they would arrive late due to traffic. No uniform to speak of. Walked up to the address with a lit cigarette. (Can’t think of any homeowner who wants their household goods to smell like cigarettes) Quickly put it out (but left the butt on the ground in front of my house for me to pick up later) before entering our home to start moving. Worked hard
They contacted us on the day of the move to try to start earlier than the 4pm scheduled start time. (Without checking the drive time) We set up a new time of 3pm. Then they proceeded to text updated arrival times of 315, then 345, then 354. Wasted an hour of my time. No apparent uniform to tell who they were and Jacob wore noise canceling headphones the entire job. These two worked hard but had little training.

I’ve used this company before and they did absolutely amazing but the guys sent out today were rushed for time and just threw everything in the back of the truck and didn’t load or pack it well. We had to book another moving company just to redo their work plus finish the job.

This was my second time working with Fresh Start Movers. Jake and his team were amazing. Despite the hot weather and the 3rd-floor stairs, they handled everything with extreme care and efficiency. Everything was beyond my expectations. I highly appreciate your help and professionalism!
Terrible experience. I hired three men. Three men came but one of the men was older and had a shoulder injury. He did not move anything heavy and only moved small boxes and light objects. My husband moved more boxes and lifted heavier objects than him. I was extremely dissatisfied with the services provided. During the move, we experienced unprofessional behavior, including inappropriate language, cursing, complaining about stairs in the new home, and repeated shouting and yelling from the boss to his employees. There was also extensive damage to the my new home caused by the company during the move. Dents in the walls, my couch and multiple pieces of furniture were damaged. They also did not bring anything except a dolly. They also asked us to provide them drinks. This created an extremely uncomfortable and unacceptable experience. DO NOT hire this company. You will regret it.
