Moving Help reviews are submitted by real customers who have used the Marketplace to hire labor-only movers. Reviews are tied to completed Marketplace jobs, and Moving Help does not edit customer feedback.

How Moving Help Reviews Are Submitted
- Book: Compare rates and reviews from available Service Providers and book moving labor on Uhaul.com/MovingHelp, MovingHelp.com, or the U-Haul App.
- Complete the Job: After the Service Provider is finished and you're 100 percent satisfied, share your Payment Code to finalize payment and complete the job.
- Leave a Review: Log into your Customer Account, select the job number(s), and submit a review. We'll also email/text you a link you can use to submit a review.
Did you know? The Marketplace collects a $5.95 Refundable Marketplace Fee at booking and refunds it after a customer leaves a review. The goal is to encourage customers to share their experience, whether it was positive, negative, or somewhere in between.
How Moving Help Ratings Help You
Reviews give you another source of information when choosing a Service Provider. Read what previous customers experienced, then consider the rating, number of reviews, and services mentioned before making your decision.
What to Look for in a Review:
- Overall rating: Marketplace ratings are 1 through 5 stars — five stars is the highest rating, with 1 star being the lowest.
- Number of reviews: A larger number of reviews can indicate a more reliable rating due to a broader sample of customer experiences.
- Recent experiences: Marketplace reviews are listed chronologically. Typically, recent reviews are more relevant than dated reviews.
- Relevant services: If you're hiring help for a piano, U-Box® container, or another specialty service, look for reviews that discuss that type of work.

Yes, the reviews on MovingHelp.com and Uhaul.com/MovingHelp are real. They are submitted by verified customers who must be signed into their Customer Account.
Are Moving Help Reviews Edited?
Moving Help does not rewrite or change the substance of customer feedback. If necessary, sensitive information, such as a last name or contact information, may be removed to protect customer privacy. That way, customers can read feedback in the customer's own words rather than relying on reviews rewritten by the Marketplace.
Who Can Leave a Moving Help Review?
Only a verified Moving Help customer with an account on Uhaul.com or MovingHelp.com and has completed a Moving Help transaction can leave a review.
When Can I Leave a Moving Help Review?
You can submit a review only after your job is completed, and you've shared your Payment Code with your Service Provider. Leave a review by logging into your account on MovingHelp.com or Uhaul.com. We'll also email/text you a link that you can use to access your account and submit a review.
How Long Do I Have to Leave a Review?
Customers have 120 days to submit a review after the job is completed.
