Toyota Corolla (2003-2019) Hitch Installation Steps
1. Remove Existing Bolts
If present, remove existing bolts from the tow loop.
2. Raise the Titch into Position
Raise the hitch into position and align holes in the side plates with the weld nuts in the frame rails.
3. Secure the Hitch to the Frame
Secure the hitch to the frame by installing the hardware. Install the hex bolts and conical washers to each side of the hitch and frame.
4. Tighten and Torque Hitch
With the bolts loosely into place, tighten and torque all installed hardware to the manufacturer’s specifications.
